Tony, the technician, arrived on time to look at a leak in the crawl space in my home. I was not informed of a $89.00 service call prior to technician arrival. Tony did not even go into the crawl space. Tony tried to convince me that it was nothing more than ground water and not to worry about it! I contacted another plumber who took care of the leak. I would NOT recommend this business

Jack and Rob were great. After cleaning the roots from my sewer pipes, they showed me the camera footage to let me know what the pipes were like for future concerns and gave me options on how to fix them. Will definitely call Reeves back when that time comes. Service: Sewer repair

We have used Reeves a couple times for pipe issues and they have always been great! They are always able to come ASAP, they do a great job, and they don't rip you off today they installed a new sump pump for us when our super ancient one finally died on us and it took less than 4 hours from the initial call to have it handled. No flooded basement! Yay! Anyways Reeves is great.

I had a pipe freeze and burst under my house and they were able to get a couple guys here in a short amount of time and fixed it quickly with no issues. The cost was fair and Jack and Casey were very professional. Highly recommended.

Reeves Plumbing will be in our speed dial from now on. The service techs were on time, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. My husband called about being put on a schedule to receive a new water heater and was shocked to learn not only will they service us.they will service us TODAY! Jack and Cory found issues with our pipes and brought us up to code and installed our new water heater within a very short amount of time. We found them to be reasonably price and eager to accommodate our needs. Thank you Reeves Plumbing.

These folks were fast to respond, fair in their prices and have done excellent work. I will not use any other plumbing service based on our experience. Our technician was Adam Wills - EXTREMELY courteous, skilled, knowledgable and took the time to answer our (many) questions. On two different visits he brought a different assistant. Both were as courteous as Adam. We are very delighted and impressed with the service.

Guys were nice enough. Looked at where the leak was, had me flush the toilet, said it wasn't because of the flush. Then, instead of looking at the toilet first they automatically went for a new seal (knowing it probably wasn't the seal since there was no leak on the flush) and some tools which forced me to pay $109 just because they had to get some tools.

Then with tools in hand they finally looked at the toilet and said all it was was the tank needing to be fastened a little tighter because they felt some water by a bolt. Used a flathead, tightened it, and then charged me $109. I wish they had looked the situation over first before getting tools (which tacks on the $109 just for getting tools out), and then told me what my options were before using a flat head to tighten a couple of loose bolts that I could have easily tightened myself.

Please try to help people instead of screwing them over with a $109 fee for something simple that could have verbally been said was the problem and then let the homeowner fix it. Be good guys and tell people so they don't get hosed out of that kind of money.

Had them come out to replace a diverter on a shower. They came on a Sunday and charged me $150 for a quote. The quote was for $815 to replace the entire diverter and remove a hot water tank that would be in the way. Additionally they claimed I had galvanized pipe running gas to my hot water tank. I took a plumber friend of mine to fix the problem.

The pipe was up to code (black pipe that the previous owner slapped a little silver paint on) and the diverter did not need replaced (thus the hot water tank didn't need moved at all). I was able to swap out the cartridge. $40 part from Home Depot and 20 min worth of work. I called to see why they would try to upsell me and see if I could get any of the $150 back from the quote. no way. I think these guys tried to rip me off.

Furnace went down on a Saturday. They were able to come rather quickly. The man did not wear a mask. He was friendly though and was able to fix the problem very quickly. Less than 15 minutes, half of which were spent on the phone. Labor charge for those 15 minutes was $375! Part was $30 on top of that. That is $1,500 an hour! Outrageous! I understand it was a Saturday, but Drs. and lawyers don't even charge rates like that.

Went to do the laundry on Sunday to find water around the basement trap, the drain overflowed, and the toilets now not flushing. Called and had to wait about 90 minutes as they were one another job. Drew and Clayton came out and did a great job snaking and trimming roots in the pipes. Both guys were super polite, wore masks, and socially distanced. Were very pleased with the service and will consider them again for normal repairs.

Was charged $350 to remove a water filter that Reeves improperly installed two years ago. Was afraid that every time I changed the filter the pipe would burst cause of the torque required to open the filter and the water filter that they installed kept disconnecting from the wall.

Called around for quotes on a water softener install on my home, They told me a tech needed to come out and test the water to see exactly what I needed. I said sounds good. Well homes is Blah blah day and time? Sure that sounds good I said. well they came over early, which is no big deal my wife was home. Anyway I get home from the store and he is done and gone.

Then my wife tells me he had her pay him $89 for the appointment. WHAT! No one ever said anything about a $89 fee just to take a water sample. I called and got an after hrs person, left a upset message and was told they would call me back the next day. They never called, Called them back the next day talked to someone NOT in charge was told " well sir there is a standard $89 tech call for all " I asked why that info was never told to me when I set everything up. Got a bunch of umm So left another message with her adding I was close to cancelling the check. Was told they would call me back asap.

Instead they ran out and Cashed the dang check. ( never did til after I threatened to cancel it ) Btw this is 2 days later and Still have not gotten a phone call. I was going to spend $2k with them. Now I want everyone to avoid these guys like the Plague. Btw They claim on the phone, all calls are recorded for customer satisfaction. Lol bet they don't go back to that day to prove me Right!

@reeves plumbing: last friday someone was supposed to come and fix my sewage problem. they asked for a good time to arrive, i said i would be home between 4:30 and 5. they said ok, he will be there between 4:30 and 5. (thats an exact time.this becomes important later). never showed up. no footprints in the snow to my door. nothing. two calls on my caller id tho. so i call back and the guy sets up an appt for the next morning at 9am (yet another exact time) even though it was only 5pm now, so he should have been at or near my house and able to come to do the job. but no. next morning, 9am. AGAIN another no show. yesterday, last ditch effort to try and get them out here and i get told 11am. they dont show up. i just called now to complain and they said they will be here between 2-4 and i was wrong about the time. they told me they would never give an exact time' he said. YOU GAVE ME EXACT TIMES FOR THE OTHER APPTS, WHEN DID YOU START THIS RULE? there has to be a way of filing a suit against this company. i have so much water damage that could have been prevented DAYS AGO if they bothered to show up. mold on the baseboards, water everywhere, damages. everyday i have to go down and shop vac 25 gallons at a time and carry it outside. like 30 times a day. lying about 'exact times' only made you people look worse. absolutely horrible experience and they havent even done the job. called another company, miller, and they got here within the hour. cancelled the reeves appt and i will never in a million years support this company in any way.
