I have been dealing with Pascal since April. All the technicians I have interacted with have been great. But the communication with the company has been terrible. I have called and asked to talk with a manger over 5 times and only been called back once. When I did actually get a hold of a manger he told me he would call be back after looking into the part that was suppose to have been ordered but he never did.
I was trying to get any information looking on a part that was ordered and suppose to take 3-5 days to arrive and after two weeks I finally got an answer. It was not a shipping or shortage issue. My part was just never ordered. I've been told since April that pascal had just switched to a new system. My part came in and was installed but now my A/C can't keep the house cooled.
After waiting 2 weeks, which was the first available appointment, which I understand, a technician came out and worked on it but the issue is still not fixed. I know it's been hot but we are only asking our unit to maintain 71 degrees and it's gets to 74 in the house. I was told twice today the technician who worked on the unit would call me today and I never heard anything. I've been holding off on a review but I need my unit fixed and phone calls are not working. Maybe this will solicit a response?

I had my AC and furnace replaced on 7/2/20. Saturday night my "relatively new" quit working. I called Monday morning to have them come diagnose and remedy the issue. I was told rather frankly that they could not come until 7/2/22 to even look at it. I expressed my concern that being currently undergoing chemo I didn't think I could wait that long.
I was told if there was a cancellation they'd get in touch with me. Now I certainly expect no pity for my unfortunate illness I do expect better service on a "relatively new" unit. I chose Paschal not because they were the cheapest, but assured me of service after the sale. Seems they really only wanted my $7500 to replace an old furnace and compressor.
I was also informed if I chose another service company it could "possibly void my warranty". So here I will wait for two weeks and expect I'll be posting additional info until they come on 7/2/22. There are several other enlightening insights of my Paschal experience, in the interest of karma have never posted. Obviously karma didn't work for me so keep checking. Some are downright disgusting.

Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and helped me pick out the best ac and furnace for my house. They gave me a list of options and I was able to pick which plan to go with. I ended up going with the one that was first offered. Financing was quick and easy and installation was a breeze! Pascal will now be my go to for any of my needs! Thanks so much. Five stars

Paschal installed my new AC/Heating this past July (6 months ago). They were quick to come out for an estimate and had everything installed within a week. I was happy with their fast, friendly service. HOWEVER, I find it interesting that now that I've paid them $6k, they can't show up for my "mandatory" inspection. We have tried scheduling multiple times and they either cancel last minute or no show completely.
I understand unforeseen circumstances happen, but considering we have to take off work every single time to accommodate THEIR schedule, they could at least be respectful of ours. After months of trying, we eventually stopped scheduling. Then two weeks ago, we receive a letter in the mail threatening we will be fined if we do not get our inspection done asap.
So we scheduled for last week (they cancelled), rescheduled to today (they no showed) and now booked for next week. Either their scheduling department are idiots or they just have zero sense of urgency for their customers who they have already collected from. Regardless, I will not be scheduling with them for future repairs. Edit to the business' reply : I haven't spoken to anyone in your company. Not sure who you're supposedly having discussions with, but it's not me or anyone in my household. Great try though.

Every interaction I've had with Paschal has been positive--professional, competent, responsive, polite. They installed a new high efficiency heat pump several months ago, a significant step up in comfort and energy efficiency from the old unit. They've followed-up several times to ensure the system is working well (which it is). Highly recommended.

Solid customer service experience with this company. We had some issues and questions following our duct cleaning service and the company was quick to respond. They scheduled a follow-up consultation and addressed our concerns at no additional charge. Ryan was patient and informative explaining the system set up on our newly-purchased house and options to maximize efficiency and air quality.

Recently i purchased a home and while the inspector told us the HVAC system was older and should be replaced in the next 5 years he neglected to mention the indoor coil was quite literally nearly rusting away. I discovered this through a clogged condensate drain line full of rust. Additionally after moving in we learned it was impossible to correctly maintain the temp in a two story home with just a single stage non-zoned system.
It was either too hot upstairs and freezing downstairs or the exact reverse. I tried endlessly to open/close floor registers without success. With a thermostat located at a single point in the house you are just never going to get a multi level house comfortable everywhere So after unclogging the drain and contemplating our ability to put on extra clothing while traveling up/down the stairs, i set about looking for a replacement system to solve our comfort problems.
So i called for an estimate on a complete replacement with zoning. A representative from the company came the same day i called actually. I explained the problems i was having and they went about examining my current system and how to design a replacement to solve my issues. He gave me literally 6 different options that would have all solved the problem.
The options varied in equipment, brand, strategy and of certainly cost. He didn't try to push one brand over another and i felt he answered all my questions honestly and throughly. After receiving the estimates and getting over a little bit of sticker shock i went about researching every option presented. As i thought through and researched the equipment options, i realized there was an opportunity to raise all the ducting up closer to the ceiling and create a huge usable space.
As you can see from the before and after pics the ducting was placed close to the floor in a room with 11ft ceilings. Raising the ducting basically gave us and entire extra room within our home. Since all the ducting had to be replaced to create the zoning it just made sense to raise it. He revised the estimate to account for my request and it literally was an easy choice afterwards.
The before Photos show the room is basically unusable for anything and after raising the ducts it is a HUGE storage space or Archery range or Bowling alley or Craft room for my wife? IDK, but it is SO SO much better than before! You can walk under nearly every duct without touching it. The total job took approximately 3.5 days in all which included a least one thirteen plus hour day!
The guys were professional the entire time, arrived on-time, and let us know the status throughout the process. Was it flawless? Well for the most part. actually pretty much. There were only two small mistakes. One was a simple setup issue on the zoning within the thermostat and they fixed that the very next day. The other was two ducts were flipped between zones which required about an hour or so to resolve a day or so later.
With completely redesigning 21 separate supply ducts into 3 separate zones, three separate returns, flipping the units orientation, raising all the ducting, and everything else involved i honestly expected many more issues. The job was huge and i expected lots of small issues and literally there were just these two small things that went wrong. They fixed those promptly within just a day or two so it wasn't anything to fuss over.
The result is my wife now feels comfortable in every single room in our home. Happy Wife Happy Life! More than that though this is honestly how the home should have been from the very beginning. These installers did a great job throughout the entire time. On that last thirteen hour plus day i offered to the guys i'd order them some pizza. They declined which i think they later came to regret. In fact that's the only regrets i think were felt during this entire process!

Due to the cold weather, we developed a leak and the City came out and turned our water off, telling me I would need a plumber for the repairs. I called Paschal, and Brian came to our house Saturday morning. He was efficient, explaining all the scenarios that could have caused the leak. Brian located the source of the leak, which was a broken fitting.
He repaired it quickly and correctly. Brian was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. From now on, Paschal is my go-to company for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. I have confidence in Paschal and their employees!

I woke up to 54 degrees in my house on a day where the temperature didn't get above freezing. The earliest appt they had available was the next day but they worked to fit me in that day. The tech worked late to make sure I had heat on a night that was supposed to be down in the 20s. Such great service. Service: Repair heating system

Travis was incredible. He actually gave told me what my issue was, but In a way I could understand - not "wire B needs support from wire R" kind of thing. He was here when he said he would be and tidied up before he left. Thank gawd I had a service agreement with Paschal, cause that saved me some, but I've never had a bad experience with them. In fact, my place of employment uses them and that's where I got my recommendation for my house. I already recommend them for A/C service and repair, but now it'll be for HVAC as well.

The inspection for heating maintenance of our new Heat/Ac was thorough and reassuring that everything is functioning properly as winter weather is now upon us. Our technician Luis Perez was knowledgeable and informative. He was very friendly and willing to answer any questions and explain each procedure as he performed the inspection. We have been very pleased with Paschal's product and all of their representatives.

I had two technicians come out within a four day span. Both were super professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. They wore a face mask and covers on their shoes. The first tech inspected the unit found a possible problem and told me it would probably act up again very soon and it did. Was hoping he was wrong, but unfortunately he wasn't. The second tech came out and found the exact same problem so I said fix it. Both techs were quick to respond and quick to fix problem. Super happy with this company. They definitely show that they are the leaders of their industry.

Recently had to have a unit replaced so I thought. We had a 2000 yr ac unit that was served regularly that stopped cooling and was told that it needed to be replaced. So, we replaced the unit with a new one and it didn't work at all. Come to find out there was a leak somewhere in the line that was never tested prior to the new installation. Once that was determined now the fix.
The pictures below are of the unapproved makeshift fix that they came up with, without approval. If after replacing a unit with a new and that doesn't work, therefore the previous cooling unit was fine and it just needed a new service line which I'd imagine would have cost way less than 6K. Now we're stuck with this obscene makeshift gutter and a hefty bill.
It's really sad the extend a company would go to get over on a customer. Should you need your ac serviced, checked, a new installation; I'd definitely choose a company that will handle it the right way and this one isn't it.
