Plumber was upfront with pricing and knowledgeable aboutwhat needed to be done. Found reasonable solutions to problems and made suggestions for any future concerns. Was somewhat rushed so worked very quickly. Some cleanup required after he left. A tool was dropped and punctured my new flooring. I know it was an accident but. I would recommend a little bit more care but overall would rate this company a 4 out of 5 stars.

Price Gouging. No hourly rate but per job. unfortunately, I took the risk and paid a hundred dollars more with no guarantee. The hour cost 259.00 for a relatively minor job but the guy made a production out of it. Other companies with hourly rates would have ranged from 145/hour to 165/hour. When I hire a company I look for integrity and good value. Didn't find it here.

I called Williams plumbing and Heating for a hot water problem, they came out charged $250 one week later no hot water. They never came back out, they put me on a wait list, three weeks later I got a call asking if I still needed them. Really? Call Egbert Way better and more knowledgeable! Don't waste your$$

After trying a few, this is the best shop in town. Super impressed with the whole Williams team. Service is fast and responsive, straightforward techs who care about their work. Grant and Jesse have done great plumbing work for us (remodel, emergency drain work), and Brodie helped problem solve a tricky kitchen exhaust install. Highly recommend.

Kirk was very helpful. It was an easy fix but he took the time to explain everything so if it happened again we could fix it ourselves.

I called three other companies. One couldn't come out until Thursday and the other 2 didn't call me back. This company answered the 1st time I called, scheduled a next day appt. and followed through on when they said they'd be here! I'm so impressed. they even took before and after pictures! I've used Williams Plumbing and Heating for over 15 years but ever since they went to "Per job pricing" they have completely gotten out of hand and unfortunately feel like they're now ripping off their customers. I've lived in cities all of over the West Coast as Bozeman is a 2nd/future home and I've never paid this much for standard plumbing service in my life.

A simple job ends up costing 300.00+ but my last service calls went from around 500.00 before the "Per Job Pricing" to now closer to 1200.00 for 3-4hrs of work. 300.00+ hr? They've lost me as a customer and is a real shame of how they now run their business.

On 11/11/20 I had a appointment scheduled with another plumbing company that forgot about my service. My next call was to Williams Plumbing. I was definitely flustered as I had waited for over a week with the previous company. I even took the whole day off to make sure there would be no hiccups. A very long story short Williams plumbing saved my bacon.

Within 2 hours they were at my house and had the problem fixed within an hour. They were very happy to help and very responsive and kind. With service and integrity at this level they will have my business for life! Thank you Travis for what you do. Not only did you all take my stressful situation. You owned it and made it disappear. A big shout out to Williams Plumbing. Not only was I in a stressful situation they stayed calm and were able to pull some strings to come out and help my company stay open as we needed service Immediately. Nobody likes to be that person that needs something ASAP. Williams to the rescue. Hands Down 10 starts! Highly recommend.

We have used Williams Air Conditioning and Heating since buying our house in Goodyear 3 years ago. They have always did a great job and always gone above and beyond. I hope if anyone needs their Air Conditioning serviced they will check out Williams Air Conditioning and Heating they are very reasonably priced.

Williams Plumbing had installed our heating and plumbing when we built our home. I called them out for yearly maintenance on our geothermal/heating system. We knew the geo was not working properly based propane consumption and heat pump values. Tech, Doug, did maintenance service and indicated that we replace flame sensor, igniter and clean heat exchange in the spring.

We did not want to wait since it is winter and we wanted geo system working. While scheduling this service, we signed up for their yearly service contract because it would give us a discount on services plus other extras for $533. The first appt to replace the parts was a no show. The 2nd appt, the tech, Noah, arrives but is unprepared for the work and leaves.

I am not a full time resident and pay someone to meet the service contractors. So I paid for 2 visits and still had no work done by Williams. I left multiple messages for the service manager, Fred and he never called back. It became clear to me that Williams wasn't interested in our business. I called another company, the guy came out and fixed our geo.

Their diagnosis was the heat pumps had bad capacitors and replaced them. Our system is running perfectly now. So in addition to no shows, unprepared service calls, Williams had misdiagnosed the problem! I then asked for a refund on the service contract. I was told yes' and that Melissa would process the credit. No credit was issued by Williams so I tried to contact Melissa. Again, no returned calls. I have not gone to my credit card company to contest the charge for $533 and would never use or recommend Williams Plumbing and Heating.

I've used them twice and both times I've felt ripped off. First time had them replace a couple of pieces of pipe for a home sale. The rep spent most of the time talking and wasn't there for 45 minutes. Charged me for 2 hours and said their trip there and back counted. There office is less than 15 minutes from my home. Next time new house.

My radiant heat system not working properly. Rep said that it was a faulty valve. Replaced it and charged me $700 to replace it. I could have bought the valve for under $50 at the local plumbing supply house. He wasn't here even 2 hours. The part failed next day. Same guy came back and said must not have been that valve. Replaced another valve and charged me more than $300. 3 days later, my mechanical room was flooding.

Same rep came out and said my boiler was shot. The valves weren't the problem after all. To his credit, he did help clean up some of the water. Left with boiler in pieces and charged about $400 for his time. Almost $1400 for them to tell me my boiler was shot. They spend a lot of money advertising and pay for it by robbing the customers. Steer a wide path around them.

Aftrt having water heater problems I called Williams- the customer service rep. was extremely helpful and efficient. They offered to have a tech come out as soon as the same day to inspect the unit. The technician was very informative, transparent about fix options and price, and ultimately able to make the necessary repair quickly during the same visit. It is the best home repair experience I've ever had in Bozeman.

I have had terrible experiences with Williams Plumbing & Heating in Bozeman MT. I have a crawlspace that every Spring gets several feet of water (ground, large amount of snow this year). They sent a technician, charged me over $2000 in last two years, and I as left with continued flooding of my crawl. Specifically they installed sump pump with an exit/discharge pipe of 1 and 1/2 inches diameter, and connected it in two places to a 1/8 inch metal washing machine discharge hose. THIS DID NOT MOVE THE WATER TO OUTSIDE of my house at a rate that prevented flooding of crawlspace. What a mess! I DO NOT recommend Williams Plumbing.

About a month ago I wrote a review and was unhappy with the price of two kitchen disposal units that were installed. The work was done well but I felt the price was too high. Since that time Ive been contacted by Williams and there was a mistake in the billing and so the corrected price was lowered to one that fits the work done. Ive used Williams for over 15 years and have always been very happy with the work. This restores my confidence in them.

I'm looking to get some fairly significant work done ($4k+) so I contacted Williams via their email address and I contacted them via the form on their website, both with detailed messages - never received a response to either. Not acceptable in this day and age, looking at the other reviews here I've dodged a bullet.

I felt vastly overcharged for the simple service that I required. Was told that the company moved to flat-rate pricing. I tried for two weeks to get someone to help me understand how they justified the price. After no returned calls, I escalated to the president. He was unapologetic and unable to justify the price, only saying that "it all averages out in the end." My only recourse was to inform him that I will be taking my business elsewhere. What a shame. Wished I had read Yelp reviews prior to committing to Williams. Thought that I was dealing with the "go-to" plumbing and heating company in the area.

Absolutely awesome! I had a mess. needed bath tub completely hooked up, laundry room installed, kitchen sink connected, bathroom sink re-plumbed, and hot water heater fixed. I had three plumbing companies come out and provide quotes. Justin from Williams Plumbing was the only one who truly listened, did not try to up-sell and thoroughly explained what was needed to properly do this job.

After this meeting I was completely confident in Justin's knowledge. Booked the job, Justin did a walk through with his crew to explain exactly what was to be done. Derek and Mike were clearly experienced professional plumbers and were polite and friendly as well. They worked almost 2 days and we could not be more pleased with the quality, speed, and cost involved in this massive change from total mess to beautiful perfectly performing plumbing!
