Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I called this company in reference to an issue I had with plumbing and was told by a receptionist that she would find out an estimate for the work I needed done and would call me back. I never heard back from her at all even after taking my name and number! That is very unprofessional to say the least! I will never call them again!

Called this business initially on 9/13 looking to replace 2 hot water heaters. I was told the Service Manager would look at the photos I provided and get back to me. I called back on 9/14, 9/17 and 9/20 where I was told I would have a call back by 5PM. On 9/23 I made 1 final call and received an email stating " Amanda, We are refusing the work order. Please issue it to another company. Thank you, Tammy" Incredible unprofessional. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

We have used Wade Hardin for years here at the dental office--professional, courteous, and responsive are just a few words to use to describe their company. Every time we call the call center, our concern is immediately addressed and the team arrives quickly to assess our plumbing issue. Their staff is the best staff around! Most people can't say this--but we love our plumbers! Special shout out to Steve! We love Steve!

Always on point and knowledgeable. when the hurricane messed up my hot water heater Rusty came at 4:00 in the morning to make sure we opened at 6:00 with hot water. keep up the good work

I called this plumbing company to schedule an appointment, they said they would get back with, a week passed and I never received a call. When I called them back, they told me they would come out the following day between 08:00-12:00 noon. No one never showed up and I didn't receive a call. I called the office clerk at 5:00 pm and she ask me to give her my information again. I told her never mind because I gave you my information the first time I call. Bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend Wade Hardin Plumbing company.

We made an appointment with another company they called and pushed us to a different day so we called you and you came the very next day between the times you said you would be. that was outstanding.very good work we appreciate your prompt service, another satisfied customer

Very good good & prompt service. Specially dealing with Shaun. If you call him, he'll answer right away or return your call. I used to deal with T. O. Plumbing for my plumbing needs but not anymore. I would recommend WadeHardin plumbing.

Used them for a hot water heater they did a great job, today they came to replace the flush mechanism is the tank for two of our bathrooms. One is perfect, the other is a mess. The handle is loose and the chain is too tight. I pointed this out before they left and they did not think anything was wrong. In addition the plastic tubing was too long and the top of the tank did not sit flat.

I had to point that out and they fixed that part. I will be calling I the am to have them come back out. I was there last call today probably not the best timing. Disappointed in the quality of work today.

Edit: I'm editing not to complain by any means but to say their was a misunderstanding in our bill and was charged to much and instead of them just pocketing that money the manager called me and explained what happened apologized and is mailing us a check for the difference. This to me tells me this company is great. Most companies would of just been like nice extra cash but this one was very honest called informed about the mistake and is refunding me the difference.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From the workers all the way up to the management they are wonderful trustworthy people. Ryan and Keith came out and rescued our house after our pipe broke close to the meter on our side (county said wasn't there issue). Both gentleman were awesome very professional and did a outstanding job. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Wade Hardin late this afternoon ( Friday ) to service a rental that the family has a brand new baby. They came out and addressed the issue which by the way was a tough one. Thanks to them this family doesn't have any worries this weekend. Cheers to a great staff! I would highly recommend this plumbing company!

Had an appointment window with them on December 27th from the time of 1:30-3:30. Upon calling them a female answered and was quite rude and unprofessional with me when saying I wasn't their only customer. Even though it was 5pm 2 hours after my appointment window. I understand there are hundreds of people and emergencies that need to be addressed but politeness and contacting someone to inform them their plumbers will be late is a professional and polite thing to do. If I was an octopus I would give them 8 thumbs down.
