I am writing this, as I feel I am obligated to help those avoid what I experienced. My experience with Dov Lavan was not a one time incident, as everyone I spoke to (unfortunately too late) had similar, if not worse stories. He was very nice, initially, I'm assuming to get the job. Once I gave him a payment, things changed drastically. He became extremely rude, which would have been ok by me if at least he did a good job.
He was very dishonest throughout the process, and did not complete what he was supposed to. I can no longer reach him to finish the job, and he was paid in full. I have brought in other reputable HVAC companies, and they are all dumbfounded at the "work" that was done. I have to pay thousands of dollars to fix the job, and they all have repeated that it will still never be an ideal system.
