I had a clogged drain in one of my sinks. I had originally scheduled through Home Advisor for a Plumber, however the morning they were supposed to come out they were a no show. Not long after the scheduled time came and went I was browsing through the internet when I came across people recommending Rooter Man here in Huntsville. I looked them up then contacted the business.

They were able to have someone out in the afternoon. About mid afternoon, Drake, came to my residence and was able to quickly clear the drainage. He also took time to talk to me about some future projects that we'll need plumbing service for. They will definitely be the ones I go to for future service.

The guy who came and fixed our plumbing did a shotty job. He messed up our connections to the sink and dishwasher. They were going to charge us for the repairs and my brother told them that he wasn't going to be charged and threatened to call the Better Business Bureau.

Instead of 5 stars I give them 10 stars.on time and fought the battle with Huntsville Utilities in my stead. Dont know all the names of the guys that were here but to name a few, James and Justin and Rodney was the greatest. Thank you and I highly recommend. I would like to thank and Vicki Lynn for helping me with scheduling repairs needed at my home she was exceptionally nice understanding kind and worked with me in my time of need she sent out technician "Josh" and I tell you this young man was so so professional he answered all my questions was very polite his repairs and work was OUTSTANDING if there were a place on here for ratings he and Ms Vicki both deserve a 10! Thank you both and I will definitely use your services again and recommend if anyone asks. I'm so relieved and feel much better now

Rooter Man service was frustrating hard to get someone and when they did show we were told that it was unclogged could be used as normal but needed to be shot with a camera. It over flowed twice with sewage into my house after that. Scheduling the camera took 5 days, they were late and I had to call repeatedly until someone showed. After the problem was identified I tried to get an estimate to resolve never could.

Finally called another service and had it fixed within 24 hours. Three days later I get a call from Rooter Man with a verbal estimate, nothing written, for 4 times what was charged by the plumber that did the work. Very unprofessional. They seem to have one camera, one estimator, (that was always out of town) and too few techs. Stay away from these folks I'd recommend Hiller they're the complete opposite.

Rooter Man fixed my problem quickly upon arrival. The expansion tank on the water heater developed a pin hole leak that sprayed several gallons of water overnight. They had a replacement tank on their truck. The nice technician even pulled the wet carpet away from the leak site so it would dry. 30 minutes and the job was done. I am happy with the service received.

I called on a Saturday and had someone out within 10 minutes. I had a broken cut off valve leaking heavily under the house. The guy fixed it in a couple of minutes, and it cost less than the difference it will be on my utility bill. Awesome service, thanks.

After multiple issues in my first owned home, Peter and Jesse took the time to make sure my lines were as cleared as well as possible. They were prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. Because of their service and the very reasonable cost, I would highly recommend a call to Rooter Man for future issues.

Rooter Man has been to my house on several occasions, most recently to repair a water heater they installed last fall. The problem with the heater was a manufacturer's issue, and I wasn't charged anything for the visit. The response time was within 24 hours, and the technicians were very pleasant. One was the same technician who installed the heater.

Another time they came to my house to repair a clogged drain. While there, the technician looked at a faucet issue in another bathroom and charged me nothing for the repair. Other plumbing services I've called have had unbelievable wait times and/or outrageous charges. Rooter Man is the most reliable service for any home repair I've ever dealt with.
