Wild West provides outstanding service at a great price for plumbing repairs or refresh both in the house and under the house. I was lucky to find them and never looked back at my former plumbers. Troy came out to remove roots clogging our main line. Due to an unfortunate series of events, they were not able to get much, if anything done (not for lack of trying). The 2 hr job turned into an all day event. The entire time, Troy and his brother were kind, clean, courteous, up front, honest and very professional. Although they were unable to resolve our problems entirely, for reasons outside their control, I will ALWAYS choose Wild West Plumbing for all my plumbing needs! Super pleased with their work and skills.

The lady who answered the phone was on top of things and knew what she was doing. She was much easier to talk to than a couple other places I tried calling. Based on her professionalism I chose to go with Wild West. Troy showed up and was very respectful. Went through our plumbing system with me and showed me where there were deficiencies and what I could do.
He cleared out a lot of sludge that had built up prior to us buying the house and pointed out a major repair that would need our attention soon. Pricing was all done upfront and was easy to understand. I don't think it was cheaper or more expensive than anyone else might have been, but it's nice to have a working sewer again!
