The Family Plumber team was fast, efficient, clean and professional. They replaced my leaking 30 year old water heater. One thing I particularly liked is the plumber ignored his cell phone calls and messages while working on my tank. How many times have you had contractors talking on their phones and NOT working on what you hired them for? I found that level of professionalism outstanding and deserving of a five star rating. I highly recommend you call these people for service.

The work I had done by The Family Plumber was satisfactory. Some mistakes were made when estimating the work that was needed. Mike thought I needed to install a drain in the upstairs laundry room. He didn't see the drain under the washing machine. He also thought that the faucet in the kitchen needed to be replaced. There was a switch on the faucet that needed to be turned on.

When he completed the camera inspection on my new home he said he would not charge me for the inspection if I completed ANY of the jobs he thought need to be done. His plumbers replaced the water heater, installed a pan under the washing machine, repaired some gas lines in the backyard and removed an old water purifier under the kitchen sink. His secretary left a voicemail that if I didn't pay for the camera inspection it would be turned over to a collection agency.

I had discussed this issue with her several times. She told me several times she would take care of it. I always payed immediately for the work they completed. According to his secretary the camera inspection "went along with a sewer pipe repair" which they had not scheduled. I immediately payed for the camera inspection ($350) and will have any additional work completed by Harry's Rooter and Plumbing.

The family plumber went above and beyond of what we expected. They were on time, affordable and professional. Not only that, when we called, they squeezed us in their schedule even though they were already booked up. They really cared about our situation. I highly recommend them! Service: Toilet repair

I just had Josh and Stuart from The Family Plumber come out to install a gas line going to my fireplace, so I won't have to burn wood anymore. The Family Plumber was Great! Josh, Robbie and Stephen, really did a great job! They repaired some piping, replaced my water heater, installed a toilet, and installed washer and refrigerator hook ups for me. I called three different plumbers and this company sent Josh to give me a bid. He was the only one that took his time to provide me with a thorough and competitive bid.

Once the work started, they were all friendly, had positive 'can do' attitudes, and were contentious to clean up after themselves. It was clear that they take a lot of pride in their work and keep the best interest of the customer in mind. I would highly recommend this company to anybody needing plumbing repairs. They really do stand out compared to their competitors.
