Sam gave me a very good price on a new hvac system. I checked many different vendors before I chose fix it fast. They definitely were the most competitive in pricing and their work was top notch. They were very responsive, very respectful and protected the area so it was perfectly clean when they were finished. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new hvac system!

The inside staff was wonderful to speak with and was able to accommodate me ASAP. They even sent the owner, Sam as it was a tricky job involving a gas leak. Anytime we need servicing or repairs, Fix it Fast takes care of the issue! When I call, they answer and schedule appointments within reasonable amount of time. Other places won't answer, or they schedule out days, whereas Fix It Fast acts with urgency to send a technician out. I have peace of mind having a designated company for all of the heating, air and plumbing needs.

We first used Fix It Fast 18 months ago to restore our aging sewer system to full functionality. When our kitchen faucet started leaking last week, we called them again. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. They are complete professionals, providing accurate cost estimates and a comprehensive plan for repair. No one ever wants to call a plumber, but I feel confident that Fix It Fast will do quality work in a timely fashion and will minimize the inconvenience we experience. I had a wonderful experience with Fix it Fast and their technician David. I was preparing for the arrival of my newborn son the week of Christmas, and realized I hadn't turned on our heat in over a year of moving into our new rental home. They were so accommodating in getting someone out to our home within a day or two of calling. David was early (!) and very clean, he wore protectors over his shoes :) He talked us through what need to be done, and was very patient with all of our questions. Would definitely recommend for all heating & air needs, as well as the plumbing services.

We had to do a full re-pipe in out house and Sam came to the rescue! He walked us through the process and and did everything he could to minimize the amount of time we would be without water. We were selling our home and the buyer engaged another plumber for the inspection and requested repairs. We needed a second opinion. Fix it Fast inspected our sewer and concluded no repairs were needed saving us a huge amount of money. The buyer and our realtor will use only Fix it Fast in the future.

The services price points are a bit on the higher end but you get a phenomenal and very professional product. The services become very affordable once you enter their monthly subscription plan. The workers are very courteous upfront, and kind. As an Autistic adult they have been very easy to work around my condition. This vendor does phenomenal with Neuro-divergent individuals and those with anxiety. I use the for all of my constant HVAC and plumbing needs.
