Wesley did a fantastic job in servicing our HVAC system. Despite the insane heat outside and up in the attic, he took his time to thoroughly check out our AC and rule out possible problems. He also took the time out of his busy schedule to explain to me how the AC works. He did not charge for overtime, either. Would definitely call for his service again!

Our heat pump needed servicing. 83 degrees in the house on a late Friday night. Wesley Zufelt returned my call for service and said he'd come the next morning. He arrived at 8:00 am on a Saturday. He was on time, very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable. He had our unit up and running quickly. He was great! Highly recommend Wesley of Lockridge-Priest.

Wesley with Lochridge Priest was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Requesting service on such an important part of a home can be a really stressful experience for a number of reasons, but Wesley addressed all of our concerns quickly and efficiently. This is the second time I've had Lochridge Priest out to maintenance my unit and in both cases we were up and running in a single easy call. I really appreciate the quick response to repair my HVAC system. Charlie Vo was the service technician that came to my home. He went above and beyond to get my system working again. He is very personable and an excellent technician. He worked quickly and efficiently. He is absolutely the best person I have ever had come to assist in repairs to my home.

Shawn was awesome! He called in route to let us know he was on the way. HE SHOWED UP! He showed up on time. He brought his own tools and ladder. He was cautious about making a mess in our home by taking out our old fans into the garage. He was able to communicate in English regarding the projects I needed completed for the job. He even gave us some great recommendations for future electrical jobs.
We will definitely request Shawn for our next lighting/electrical needs. He also cleaned up after completing the job. You wouldn't think this is a lot to ask for in a certified electrician, but it was worth it.

Nathan was terrific! Timely, called in route and very professional and kind. We were due a 6 month check up of our heat pump. It was checked thoroughly. Two items were brought to our attention, pictures taken and options given on what could be done with estimates. We had one very inexpensive service performed. While inexpensive and optional, it directly affected my health and I was very appreciative that it was pointed out to us.
