The first woman who answered the phone Danielle was amazing she answered all my questions and she was very responsive and got back to me in a timely matter. My old indirect oil hot water heater was starting to go and I wanted a specific hybrid hot water and no one seemed to be able to find it due to the shortages. Waterheaters.com came through in the clutch and was able to locate the model I wanted as well as a leak detection add on and schedule it for installation within a few days when everyone else was telling me 2-3 months.
They showed up on time on installation day and did everything correctly and professionally. I could not be happier with my new hot water heater. They even worked around my electrician who was still finishing up when they arrived. I highly recommend Waterheaters.com.

Our boilee was nit producing heat or hot water. Eddie showed up. He was friendly and professional. He reviewed the system, identified the issue, replaced the parts needed and had the system up and running quickly. He explained everything and left my home clean. The 2 service men who came out to replace my old water heater were SPECTACULAR! I interacted primarily with John and he was awesome. The other gentleman that accompanied him was just that.a gentleman and very knowledgeable when answering me questions. Both men were respectful, polite, and finished the job expeditiously. NOW for the actual product.too early to say as it's only been 1 complete day, however so far so good (hence the reason for 4 stars).

After 2 hours, all seems great but really to soon to render judgment on the system I bought. What I can say is that the 2 professionals who removed the old hot water heater and associated parts and did the replacement install were exceptional in how they tackled the job and spent the time to do a walk through and show me what I should be looking for, etc. So far, very pleased. Oh and Scott was a pleasure to work with to determine the best solution for my home set up- thanks again!

Needed to replace gas water heater, I called around and found this company. They immediately answered, asked for pictures and video and within minutes gave me an estimate for a full and complete job They had given me a first appointment and texted me with arrival time plus the names of the mechanics who were going to do the job. Eddie and Anthony, two of the nicest, most respectful and ready to work mechanics arrived on the dot!
They are a great team, knew just what needed to be done. Worked neatly so quick and precise it was like watching surgeons! They were done in just under 2 hours. Left no mess, just a shiny new very perfectly installed water heater. I highly recommend this company. I wish I could give a 10 star rating. They are that good!
