I am surprised how many good reviews this company has. In September, I was in the process of selling my house in Jamison and my realtor had schedule a sprinkler inspection with them. They told me that I have to change all of my sprinkles due to recall and gave me a quote for 2.8K. I asked a different company to come in and give me a quote and apparently none of my sprinklers were re-called (It is easy to check online) and I only had to replace 2 due to minor leak.
I know Wackenhut was doing the same to many other houses in old my neighborhood and i am not sure if they trying to take an advantage or just do not know what they are doing. Either way, please for use someone else.!

*** Highly Recommend *** I have had Wackenhut perform a number of repairs at my house over the years. They are always extremely professional and courteous. They show up on time and do exactly what they say they are gonna do. It's hard to find quality service like this anymore. Services: Faucet repair, Faucet installation

They responded quickly to my request for a plumber to do the back flow preventer certification required by the Township (another unnecessary government regulation). I had called three other plumbers, who advertised that they did the cert. Neither respond to my several phone calls. Wachenhut answered immediately and did the cert. within days. Downside they charged $300 to do tje certification and file it with Southampton Township. Another unnecessary tax on my business.

Wackenhut has been in business for more than 100 years. HOW or WHY. I have no idea! Wackenhut is a Bosch ABC contractor (Accredited Bosch Contractor), which means they are supposed to know their stuff about Bosch products. Unfortunately, this is not the case when it comes to tankless hot water heaters of any kind. Not only don't they have more than one person who deals with tankless systems, their lone person is not interested in obtaining information from Bosch and/or their representative.
Though they visited my home to inspect the proposed jobsite in a timely manner, that's as far as it went. Wackenhut failed to respond to my telephone calls and e-mails. for several months. Repeated telephone calls to Wackenhut have gone unanswered - except for one instance where the technician said he was busy, and would get an estimate to me by the end of the week.
That was almost three months ago. When I call to speak with a supervisor today, I was handed off to the "girl in the office" (as she said). Mikey. Mikey said she is surprised I hung on for as long as I did, as apparently, most others who call Wackenhut either die while waiting, or go elsewhere. My advice: SAVE TIME, go elsewhere. they simply do not care. They are far too busy, and have far too much money to want to do a job. they just don't care!

I have to report the incident happened to me to let everybody know that Wackenhut at Jamison charged customers RIDICULOUSLY. The ceiling of my condo unit leaked water due to the malfunction of HVAC in the unit above me. Wackenhut was called by the owner above me and the technician came to his unit and fixed the problem. After he was done, I confirmed with him that nothing in my unit was wrong.
At the time he friendly came to my unit, opened the AC, wiped some condensation water, turned the sensor off and on. The whole thing was between 5 to 10 minutes. Guess how much I was charged later? $170! I argued with them that since there were not any service call or diagnostic fees because those were charged to the unit above, it is ridiculously expensive for a 10 minute job of wiping blotches of water marks and rebooting a sensor.
Obviously they ignored my argument and keep sending me the bill. I will pay them but PLEASE: DON NOT HIRE WACKENHUT! Update: Called them again and the fee was reduced to $100.
