*FRAUD ALERT* *FRAUD ALERT** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ALSO UNDER ADDRESS IN OAK BROOK AND DIFFERENT WEBSITE WITH TERRIBLE REVIEWS. OVERCHARGED $600 FOR SEWER RODDING THAT WAS PERFORMED IN 15 MINUTES THAT NEVER RESOLVED ISSUE. 12 DAYS LATER MY BASEMENT FLOODED FROM ROOTS THAT WERE NEVER CLEARED FROM SEWER PIPE, WHICH WAS JOB COMPANY WAS PAYED FOR. GAVE USA THE OPPORTUNITY TO COME BACK OUT AND ROD MY SEWER CORRECTLY THE SECOND TIME AT WHICH TIME WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT WARRANTY THE SEWER RODDING AND IT WOULD COST MONEY. OWNER WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS AND I'M CURRENTLY SEEKING RESTITUTION WHICH I'M SURE WILL BE UNPLEASANT.

SECOND COMPANY SPENT TIME AND PERFORMED THE JOB PROPERLY. ROOTS DO NOT GROW IN 12 DAYS TO PLUG 25 FEET OF SEWER LINE.
