Brian and his crew where great. They moved my stove from one side if the kitchen to the other and installed new water lines for my new refrigerator water and ice make. Couldn't ask for a better company. Two thumbs way up and Five STARS!

I called BZ Dependable because it was recommended by a plumber friend. My mom had a bathroom trap pipe leak which was diagnosed and repaired by Mike their technician. He was very professional and extremely respectful of my mom's home. Even wore shoe protectors which was a big plus. Mike was great. From start to finish; the entire plumbing company service was very good. They arrived within the hour that I called. I would highly recommend them.

Lost hot water due to a leak in my hot water tank. Called my regular plumber (who I trust) and while he was too busy to handle the emergency told me "don't worry, I have someone that will get it done." He was 100% right as Bryan was great. Called me back immediately, scheduled time first thing the next day and net of it all was the water heater replaced within 24 hours of the initial problem and at a reasonable cost. I have been using BZ for 20 and they continue to be a reliable professional go to business. Whe their work is complete I am confident it is done right. The owner is hands on and you feel like he actually cares about his business and clients. It may cost a bit more than hiring the guy on the corner. But I never put a price on peace of mind.

Booked an appointment today to schedule a inspection, no one showed up! Wasted my time, realtor, and the owners of the house. Least they could have done is keep me informed about it, reached our multiple times to get some basic answer on delay on another job. Just terrible service and wasted everyones time. Hugely disappointed.

I've worked with Bryan and BZ a number of times and they are always very responsive, knowledgeable, and very professional. They also always make sure to keep things as clean as possible and tidy everything up when done.

Our second floor bathroom had a water leak which go into our first floor kitchen ceiling. Repair man named Mike immediately came out within an hour as we advised the sense of urgency since the ceiling was coming he, opened the ceiling, located the leak and swapped out the pipe, un clogged the sink that was causing the leak and repaired our shower valve as well.

Price was very reasonable, especially seeing it that it was an emergency. He was quite friendly, professional and explained everything along the way. He disclosed the price ahead of time and we had zero surprises. Hard to find such an honest company, as much as you wish you never have to do repairs, I will be using them going forward for all my plumbing needs. Model company.

Bryan and his whole team were extremely professional throughout the entire process, from quote to installation. Bryan gave us an extremely competitive quote on a boiler/heater install and was able to come out and do the install the very next day! His team was efficient, effective, and they even walked me through how each system works and what I need to keep an eye on to get the longest life out of the units. I would definitely recommend BZ to anyone in need of a plumber, and would definitely use them again in the future!

Unfortunately, BZ Dependable was one of the worst, least professional, contractors I have ever worked with, especially Brian the owner who was astonishingly unprofessional, rude, and an aggressive bully. The terrible experience starts from the beginning, booking the appointment after accepting the estimate, where we selected a day, and later had to change it because the scheduler had estimated the wrong duration for the job - this was a big inconvenience for me, as I live in a co-op and need to get approval and pay for water shut off (as well as waiting an additional week to start the work).

The job consisted of replacing water valves and p-traps in kitchen and bathroom, as well as changing shower faucet. A valve in the bathroom leaked, and so did a smaller valve in the kitchen - both immediately after installation; fortunately, we were able to shut the water off a second time, and redo those valves before the end of the day (but already not a good sign of the workmanship level). Tile work was also a part of the job, and I had to point out to them that a tile they recently set was popping out - to which the worker responded that a proper job required 24 hrs for the cement to set for the tile - so not sure why they didn't plan for 2 days if that is what was needed to do it right to begin with - I fully expect the tiles to possibly fall off in the near future, and I sure hope the valves don't leak, but who knows at this point.

The biggest problem was that they underestimated the amount of work to replace the valves in the bathroom, which needed the wall to be opened up, and so then they decided to do a complete hack job there, which would require me to remove the vanity and a makeshift cover (which was "sealed" with painter's tape), in order to shut the water off in the bathroom in the event of an emergency.

So imagine if there was a water leak somewhere in the bathroom, and in order to shut the water off I needed to do all of that in order to shut off the water - truly astounding. After 3 additional visits, they finally fixed this in an acceptable manner. Additionally, the bathroom and the whole apartment ended up with a layer of dust, as the workers did not take enough precautions to prevent everything getting dirty, nor did they properly clean up after themselves.

As if all of this was not bad enough, the owner eventually got involved (I refused to pay full amount until job was completed in a professional manner), and he turned out to be the most rude and unprofessional person one could imagine - a truly disgusting person. I actually feel bad for the workers that have to deal with Brian on a daily basis. Needless to say, absolutely do not recommend BZ Dependable, stay away for your own sake.

Brian and his team are AMAZING! They really care about their customers. They are always attentive, personable, knowledgeable and on-time. But most of all they are honest and down to earth. They've saved us a few times. I recommend them 100%! Service: Install water heater

BZ Dependable lives up to their name and I would add thorough, professional, and quality work. We hired BZ Dependable to replace an ageing and problematic steam heat piping system (a sizable job). From the very first phone call to the respectful and competent apprentice staff to the final cleanup and post-work review, the service was impeccable. I received confirmations & notices that left me comfortable the service was quality oriented with consideration to details. We've already hired BZ Dependable for other projects as well. Glad to see a company thatnis clearly competent, quality oriented, and takes pride in what they do.

I cannot say enough about what a fantastic job BZ did for me today. His staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. The technician came out the day before the job with a reasonable quote, and came back the next day. He was on time, professional, and did a great job.
