This mission statement came about over 25 years ago when Wells Brothers began. Curt Wells, co-owner, told his wife, "If we ever have employees, I want to treat them the way I would like to be treated". What started out with Curt, and his wife, Sandy now consists of 140 employees. Wells Bros. began in the basement of Curt and Sandy's home in 1989.
We are the only contractor you will need from the initial project design, to seeing the final project in use. Elimination of scheduling conflicts between contractors, and confusion about "which contractor is responsible for what portion of the work". Wells Brothers has multiple field technicians who are not just trained in one area of skill, but are cross- trained in two or more skill sets within our company. In 2014, Wells Brothers instituted a training program for our employees to further their education.

Same here Cary! Trying to merge onto 75 and the young lady driving could have got over to allow us on as there was no traffic to her left at all! Instead she sped up trying to keep us from getting on. My husband had to fall behind her in order to get on then speed up for the traffic coming up behind us! Oh and the lovely lil smirk she glared over as we finally passed them. Geeze!
