Jeff provided excellent customer service in repair of our water heater.

We found a leak in our ceiling which turned out to be our shower. We decided to turn that negative into a positive by remodeling instead of just repairing. We found Eaton plumbing after beginning this remodel. Burt was our plumber with Eaton and was fantastic start to finish. He moved both the tub and shower water lines and drains. He arrived promptly at appointed time and worked very quickly without making or leaving a mess. Estimate range was provided prior to scheduling work and final bill was on the low end of that estimate, which was less than other plumbers we had called.

George & John were awesome. They came out very quickly to respond to a leak that we found in our ceiling. After checking out 2nd floor laundry, they exhausted all options before having to cut into the ceiling of the first floor, where the leak was somewhat contained. They were professional, quick and efficient. Thank you Eaton Plumbing!

Cheap materials and cheap craftsmanship. Estimator was late and when he did finally show up he just gave off the vibe that he really doesn't care, he just wanted the money. I've talked with other previous customers and they've all had similar experiences with the man. If you want a plumbing company you can trust, I'd highly suggest Rogar Plumbing.

We recently had a kitchen sink drain repaired by Burt. He was on time and very professional. He had the drain repaired in no time. I was very impressed with his initial estimate. He took his time to listen and very honest with me on what needed to be done.

Same poor experience as David Geiser below. Requested an estimate for some work to be done needing about a half day labor. Waited until the following week for the estimator to come. Estimator came out on Monday and said he would send the estimate within 2 days. Did not get the estimate. Called back twice. It is now the end of the week and I never got the estimate. Wasted almost two weeks of my time. Not a good experience.

I asked them to give me an estimate to do a simple job of installing a gas line to my stove. The estimator came out and said he would provide me an estimate. I never received the estimate, and asked 4 times for them to send the estimate. Two weeks later, I am told its really buy this time of year, and I would just have wait. I will never call these guys again.

Have used twice and each time did a thorough job. Came out, gave detailed quote, purchased parts and returned to fix. No issues with any of the repairs

Randy arrived nearly 2 hours early to do a check of our hot water heater. He had called to check if the early arrival would be okay, but because the voice message was for my business, he didn't leave a message, so when he just showed up at the door, there was a bit of confusion. He agreed that he should have just left a message. He was quick and personable. Very pleased with price and would use again. Especially like that every time I called them, an actual person answered the phone.

I have had these guys out twice over the past couple years, the first Plumber was Ken and than Randy. Each time I called for one reason and ended up talking to them about others, only because they were so helpful and knowledgable. I am a previous business owner so I know there are three ways to run a business, customer service, low pricing or quality. pick any two, usually. These guys have fair prices, great customer service and quality. That's all I could ask for and a little more. Thanks Eaton.

Randy came out to to replace a defective outdoor spigot and was running early and called to see if he could arrive early and unfortunately there was just no way I could make it earlier than planned today. No problem he said, he'd attempt another job and be out later. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and had it completely replaced / repaired in a half hour.

He was very professional, courteous and even offered to use the parts I had purchased to repair to keep cost down. All in all a great experience. They were recommended to me by my parents and I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone else looking for a good, reasonable plumber.

Called to have them come out and hook up my new gas grill. Called the office on Thursday, November 18th and was told the soonest someone could come out was the day after Thanksgiving. They said they would send someone Friday the 19th to see what was needed and give me a quote. I said that would be fine and if they had a cancellation please put me down.

I was told that would do that. They sent someone out Friday and he took pictures and said it looked like a 3-4 hour job. I received a call on Friday, November 25th around 2:15pm (the day I was suppose to have the work done). The plumber said he was on his way to hook the grill up and asked if the pipe was already run and it just needed hook up? I told him no, they sent someone out last week and he took pictures and knew exactly what was needed.

The plumber said that no one told him and he needed to make a call. He called me back 10 minutes later and said the part weren't ordered and he would not be coming. I explained to him that I had this scheduled for over a week and I was having people over for the Ohio State vs Michigan game and we were grilling out. He said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do.

I was very upset and called the office, they were closed the day after Thanksgiving, I told them I was very upset and I needed someone to call me first thing Monday. It's 3:20pm on Monday, November 28th and not so much as a phone call from them. So much for customer service. I will not use this company again. I have been a customer for 8 years.

Great service and plumbing issues repaired. I wish all contractors would operate their business like Eaton Plumbing! Someone answered the phone, listened to my plumbing needs and scheduled an appointment. The service technician showed up within the specified window of time. The technician even called while stuck in traffic to say when he would arrive.

The technician was personable, got to work on the problems immediately, did not leave a mess and fixed my plumbing issues with one trip.what a concept! Eaton Plumbing will now be my "go to" plumbing contractor!

I am very pleased with the efforts of Eaton Plumbing. They were quick to respond to my needs and handled everything very professionally. Max was honest in his assessment and I feel his prices were fair. We will be using them again for future plumbing needs.

I had a few interactions with Eaton. First, Randy came out to fix my pipeline from downsprout to the street (that was crushed). They estimated it at a lower cost than few other places and then charged me even less, while the work required some digging under my pavement and replacing a part of the pipe. Service was quick and professional. In addition, about a year later (just now) I noticed that it looked like water was not running thru it again.

They came out and ran the camera to make sure there were no issues. The pipe was OK - it just did not have the angle initially installed and would only have water running visibly after heavy rain for some time. They stood by their quality work and best of all - did not even charge for the subsequent visit/inspection. Great service, great people!

After I made the mistake of trying to "do it myself", I was so thankful to have Eaton Plumbing help with the mess I had made. They saved the day and my sanity! Thank you, Eaton Plumbing!
