Recently, I had the lift station at my business alarming. Upon my inspection the tank was close to a back flow situation. I tried resetting everything, but ultimately needed to call for assistance. I called Advantage and they said they could have someone pump the tank right away. The person who could pull pumps would be a little bit behind him but would be out as soon as possible. Chad arrived on sight first and got our tank pumped down and cleaned up.

He identified a few objects in the process that could have led to our pumps failing. When Chad finished, he stayed to assist Tony who couldn't have been more than an hour behind him. When Tony arrives, they checked everything and determined the pumps would need to be pulled. Fortunately, Tony and Chad were able to repair both pumps onsite, that day.

Even once the repair was done Tony checked and rechecked everything to make sure we would be good to go. It was probably not more than 3 hours from the time I called until the repair was completed, and we were fully operational again. No back flow and very minimal down time to the business. This was not my first call to Advantage, and it won't be my last. Thank you, Tony & Chad!

Tony & Keegan came out yesterday to "jet out" our exterior drains and get a great job. We have lots of tree roots so they jetted (sprayed the water jet) from both directions of the drain (where it starts and when it ended) to get the drains as clear as possible. They cleaned up afterwards and left no mess. Will call again in a few years. Service: Drain cleaning

Another company performed work on my basement causing damage to my sewer which created a chain of horrible events in our home. Tony was very kind in explaining what the situation was and what had most likely happened. I have used Advantage Plumbing several times and I highly recommend them. This last time, Jason came and completed the job in a timely manner. When I inspected the work, it was not everything I expected. Upon review of the quote, we found that I misinterpreted it. There was another part of the repair that I wanted done. Jason gave me a quote for the work and then said we could schedule it or he could complete it right now. I was thrilled that he was able to do it right away.
