Meridian Plumbing

We had major plumbing/sewer issues from when our home was built improperly in 1996, (in addition to a municipal sewer back flow into our finished lower level). It was all very distressing and difficult to determine the best course of action to correct the problem (the sewer line leaving our home was going uphill 9-12 inches). Kyle arrived, a licensed plumber, with 18 years of experience and a clear plan to fix the problem.

He swooped in and took care of EVERYTHING, while also being kind and courteous! The price quoted was less than others and everything was done with great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend them. Kyle was fantastic to work with (even handling my tears well)!

Aaron provided extremely prompt, professional, and top quality service to diagnose and replace our failing water heater, as well as bring some accompanying plumbing up to code. He was knowledgeable and patient with our questions, and took great care to leave the work area clean and neat. Also can't beat the same day service to get us back up and running fast! Have had this company out a couple of times now for plumbing/water issues in my home. This time had to call because we lost hot water. Was given the option to either fix or replace the water heater. Chose to replace considering the age of the water heater. The technician Kyle was friendly, professional and informative. Provided walkthrough of the work completed as well as additional work needed. He even replaced the battery in my smoke detector - mainly for his sanity, but it was greatly appreciated. :

The entire experience with Meridian was great. We just bought our first house with natural gas, so we are still learning. We called Meridian because of a small gas leak near our water heater. The people who answered our calls were very nice and accommodating. They came out asap and took care of our concerns. Annie, the technician, was very professional, sharp as a tack, and clearly knew what she was doing. She took the time to answer my questions and educate me along the way. We are at ease knowing good quality plumbing professionals are only a call away.

What I thought was a straight forward, moderately complicated job, was in reality a much bigger job. Kevin and Tanner were outstanding today. They completed the job in a very professional manner. They were diligent in making the fewest entries into the finished basement ceiling in order to run electrical to a new location. They worked long and hard, and cleaned up in all the places where they had worked. I will definitely request Kevin and Tanner if I have future electrical work that needs to be tackled.

I had a challenging shower repair that had little front access to address the broken valve assembly in the wall. Kyle was outstanding! After assessing the situation, he determined how he could replace the valve and fixture. He was efficient, careful, and thorough. As a long time DIYer, I prefer to conduct my own repairs because I have high standards. Kyle from Meridian Company provided outstanding service that even exceeded my expectations. My family was extremely pleased with Ron/Justin and his team. They were all very professional and did a fantastic job. Ibugged Ron multiple times before the service even started, and I probably asked Justin 1000 questions and neither one hesitated to take the time and show me things and explain them thoroughly enough for me to understand. Extremely pleased with the responsiveness and knowledge of the man who worked with us, Ron Bergman Jr. He did a thorough evaluation at the beginning (including going into our tight attic and crawl space), worked with us on the pricing, and responded very quickly and thoroughly to our questions. Our hot water heater failed on Saturday night. I called Meridian Company at 10 pm. Kyle Jenkins called me Sunday morning and worked me into his schedule Sunday afternoon. Kyle is truly a master plumber. Outstanding is all I can say. He had us back in business in just over an hour with a full replacement of our hot water heater. Top notch professional.

GREAT JOB! Seriously, The Meridian Company has to be the best. Fortunately for me I will never know, because I won't call on anyone else except them. Yes, they may be slightly more expensive than their competitors, but their level of performance is without a doubt worth every cent! To start this review, it is important to understand that I recently spent a couple of years working as the "General Manager" for a phenomenal plumbing company in North Carolina.

Our company worked day and night to be the best in our community. With that said, I'm glad I did not have to compete against The Meridian Company, because they would have taken our title as the best. So it is important to know as you read this, I have seen good plumbing and I know what cutting corners is. Aaron and Kyle (the two techs) were extremely competent, and clearly have genuine ethics, morals, and values, which was comforting because of course I want the job done right without having to look over their shoulder the entire time.

Well I promise you this, they took every step to protect my home and to give me the best installation service that they could. For example, even though it was more work for them, they would not park on my grass, as they didn't want to leave tire marks due to all of the heavy rain we recently had. They put down floor protectors to protect my carpet without me having to ask.

And that is not all, they did so many small things that I know they could have skipped if they were guys that cut corners, but they didn't. I am telling you, these were the best service technicians that I have ever seen in my life. There is no way anyone else will work on anything plumbing related in my house except these guys.

We have had much work done in the last 4 years since we purchased our late 80's condo, all by Meridian. They're very skilled in their work, and we have been satisfied in every aspect! Aaron is the best! I hope to not see him so often, BUT I do really appreciate him! Thank you!

This review is regarding the Meridian Company's Electrical Division, specifically two of your electricians: Jack Coryell and his pardner Tanner. They have been responsible for several projects in our home, upgrading and installing equipment to make our home more functional, comfortable and safe for us and our disabled daughter. We cannot praise. these two men enough for the quality of their expertise, knowledge, dedication to every detail being correct, work ethic, thoughtfulness and friendliness in their every interaction with our family.
