Called them to come look at fixing a drainage issue. Was told they would come out an give a free estimate and a call prior to showing up. Never received a call and plumbers showed up in 4 hour window. However there was a charge foe everything. $204 just to climb on the roof, them a camera charge and other possible charges. Called back to talk to office manager and never received a call back and decided to go with another plumbing company. Did not honor or follow through with what was promised when I set up the appointment. First and last time calling this company.

Our plumber, Mitch, was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the drain problem and proposed solution. The initial problem was resolved quickly and the sewer main, the source of the problem was completed in less than half a day - as he worked with a company that completed the digging. We had Michigan Plumbing come out for 3 things - Bathroom sink was gurgling, our water usage tripled and we needed to find where water was running and our kitchen sink faucet is loose. 2 visits and $300+ later, they tightened the kitchen faucet and it was loose 2 hrs later. Bathroom sink still makes noise and they charged me $50 for enzymatic drain cleaner! Water usage is still the same according to Township. If you need real diagnostic plumbers, Michigan Plumbing resolved none of our issues but they sure Charged us!

Faucet repair that wasn't done right. They used plummers puddy to seal the stopper rest on the top side. Instead of attatching the stopper quide with thread's to bottom side. I used instead rubber washers instead of plummers puddy. Sealed up fine. I use them in the past and have been very satisfied. I had to fix their work. Should I be reimbursed for the work and time it took me to fixed thier work. Good luck there right

We have an old house and have had drain problems for year. Troy from Mich Plumb came out, wore a mask (important as we are both old) and was very friendly. Mostly talked to my husband. Kept us advised as he went along. This is going to need that, etc. My husband who has dealt with our drains until recently said he was honest. All drains are running freely now, all the way to the main drain line. Very satisfied with work and price. This is a friend's account, we are T&T in East Lansing.

Our basement flooded and our drain was backed up. Michigan Plumbing came out within a couple hours of our phone call and was able to fix the issue.
