Asked them to come take a look at our remodel and bid the project. Ken showed up and said five words and left. We called a week and a half later and they said they weren't interested in the job. Now we are a week behind schedule and have to scurry to find new plumber. Very confused why they couldnt call and tell us sooner. Very poor buisness! Very rude lady on the phone.

So I had clogged my kitchen sink. I tried couple different things to fix it, I've never had to call a plumber. But I broke I went and bought a snake and still coudnt get it. I called them they wear super professional, I asked how much ans they told me the prices, and said they could come out the next day. I ended up going with a competitor who was alot cheaper ans who got out within 3 hrs, but I appreciate how freindly they wear in there willingness to help me

We bought a brand new build 3.5 mos ago. Paulson is the contracted plumber. During the process not only did he never return phone calls or emails. We had the wrong tub installed. Our toilets wobble, and most recently our brand new (3mos old) heater went out. Took a whole day for the technicians to arrive (who were kind) who then informed us they don't have the parts bc Paulson only works with 3 suppliers (same issue with prior tub).

Now we will be on day two of zero hot water in a brand new home unable to utilize the home. We have had to take time off work just to watch the plumbers not able to fix the water heater and now more time off when they get the part. (Which should be a new water heater if they had good customer service! ) Poor quality. Poor customer service. And we are bound for a year due to the warranty. Would never use this company ever. I've worked with many others and owned other homes and never had these issues.

Super expensive. The plumber took an HOUR to unclog a sink ---- an hour. He futzed around, said he did not run the snake far enough, took more time to run the snake again. An hour? Then he worked on a water faucet outside, and the faucet still leaks! When I called to discuss the charges, the receptionist could not have cared less. Be prepared to pay a lot for a little.

We had an emergency and had to leave our house (30 year old furnace that had a CO leak). These guys came out the next day to examine the unit and submit a bid, and the following day they installed our new furnace. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, with fair pricing. I was beyond thrilled when Don was able to fit us into his already busy day twice this summer! Not only was he pleasant and happy to help each time he came over but he also went out of his way to explain everything so I understood what was going on. Ken Paulson is the ONLY plumbing company that I use in Pullman. They are always professional and trustworthy. They fix the problem and the bill is very reasonable for the amount of work that is done.

Just awesome! Our sewer backed up over the weekend while we happened to have a house FULL of company! They really know what they are doing, and they get the job done super quick!
