After several years of training in Three Lakes, Wisconsin, Jim moved to Appleton, Wisconsin and gained his Master's Plumber's license so he could pursue his dream of owning and operating a plumbing company of his own. Jim worked alone for the first two years, but as business increased, he saw the need to expand his operation and took the opportunity to grow!

I had a new water heater installed today at my house. The install went great, the technician(Dave) was very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. They delivered a quality product at an honest price and I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work. It was a nice feeling getting a quality product at a fair price!

Will never use a different plumber again! Great response! Excellent workmanship. Real pricing! Fixed a claw foot tub drain and took the time to fix it so I wouldn't mess it up again. I was installing flooring and snapped the drain. Went out of his way to make it so I could finish the remodel without goofing up the tub. Simply awesome!

Within just a couple of hours of making my call - the work I needed was completed, priced fairly, and it was all done by a friendly and professional plumber. I've been using Jim's for some years as they really know what they're doing. But, I now feel compelled to share this review and recommend them heartily - I had no hot water the night before last and called the service number. I got an almost immediate response. They has someone at my house at 6:45 the next morning to fix the problem. I didn't have to take a cold shower! Now that is what I call great service. And it was a heater that was installed by Jim's, so it was a warranty issue - no charge. Better yet.

Needed a variety of plumbing jobs done in my home the past few months. From setting up the appointments and answering my questions to working with the plumbers, all the people I had contact with were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I received written quotes for each job in a timely manner. Everything that needed to be done was explained to me before the jobs were started.
The plumber called prior to arrival for each job and kept me informed of any issues encountered during the work. He also followed up with me after the jobs were completed to explain what was done and to give me the opportunity to ask questions. Exceptional customer service!

I can honestly say in my 59 years I have never had a plumber willing to solve my problem over the phone. I called to set up an appointment with Jim for my water pipes making load noises, due to how busy he was i couldn't get in for a week. Long store short, JIm asked me to txt him pictures of my problem. He suggested i add a part to both my hot and cold water, parts $37, problem fixed. I've never had anyone in that business without charging me $100 service call. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks Jim's Plumbing
