Worst experience ever! Called and listed everything I needed done (4 things). When the two guys got there, was told they wouldn't do one job because it was a Delta faucet (needed the limiter removed) and that they didn't have the tools to do the other job (unclog a cold water intake pipe). I know the tech's can't carry everything on their trucks but to not have the tools to be able to sweat a pipe in? they didn't even have a bucket, we had to provide that for them too.
When I asked them if they were going to contact their dispatch about the other two jobs getting done, they both stared at me in silence. So I paid $375 for half the job and spent two+ hours listening to them complaining and swear about how hard it was (unclogging a bathroom sink which they left in an absolute mess) and installing a new kitchen faucet.
Both were dressed like slobs, very unprofessional. I know that plumbing can be a messy job (I used to work dispatch for a plumber so I know how they can wind up looking) but you don't show up to a customer's house looking the way they did. I have used this company for years for other drain issues but I will NEVER go back to them. Called to complain and was told the owner would 'probably' reach out to me. Been over two weeks and he has not contacted us. Wound up going with Crane plumbing who finished the job without any issues (or any BS about not servicing Delta brand) for very reasonable price.

Drains R Us saved the day. I was having sewer issues, they went out of their way to make room in their schedule and take care of me. They really know their stuff. I've worked with a lot of plumbers over the years, and these guys are the best. They were on-time, professional, and left everything clean, even after pulling horrific sludge from my sewer pipes. If you need a plumber that is going to get it right, call these guys. I've saved their number in my phone and put their magnet on my fridge.
