Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Called to have Joseph put a 4 inch studor vent in my attic. He quoted the valve as being $274 from his supplier. I went to the plumbing supply store and found the vent for $38. I would not use this company for anything. Dishonest and unacceptable.

I hired Joseph to do a small job that he quoted me a price of $300 to do, and he made such a mess that I had to hire someone else to do the job correctly. Since Joseph demanded $300 upfront and I had to pay another $500 to correct his mess and finished the job, a small $300 job wound up costing me $800. I would not recommend Joseph to anyone for any reason.

Today I got the unfortunate news that I had a water leak, at the end of the day. I called Joseph and he came within an hour. It had rained for most of the day and was already dark outside and I expected a very high bill due to it being after 6 and kind of an emergency, but he located the leak, fixed it, and had the water back on in less than an hour after arriving.
The cost was affordable and well under what I anticipated. He was very friendly, wore a mask, and took his shoes off to come inside. As a female, I felt safe with him entering my home, though he only came inside as we were settling the charges and I nearly had to force him to come in - he was concerned about getting my floor muddy. I'm so thankful that he was available and definitely recommend him. He explained exactly what he found and how he repaired it and then made sure the water was running properly throughout the house before leaving.

Only gave him 1 star because he showed up. DO NOT use this man he is constantly talking religion so he can feel better about screwing his customers over and he should be working paid $1200 for a sewer pump and never worked properly and he kept making excuses and acted like it was everything except him and the last straw was when he said run extension cord and tie a walmart bag over it he left the outlet dangling and in water lucky that idiot didn't burn our house down. If you use him you will be sorry and overcharged and he always leaves a mess

I have used Joseph's for a few years on some rentals that I manage. In a duplex I manage the hot water heater went out so I called Joseph's. I've had water heaters installed before and know the charge usually is $600 - $800. I got the bill and it was $1,055! A total overcharge! Shame on me for not getting a quote but double shame on him for sticking it to me!

I called several plumbers in the area. This guy was the only one who had even a hint of how a water filtration system works. He was able to talk me through how to temporarily bypass the broken filter system. I literally gave him just a quick description of the system and it was like he knew my particular system like the back of his hand. Anyone can connect some pvc, fix a leak or install a toilet but when you want an actual expert call this guy.

He quoted us on putting our new bath in, all that needed to be done was sliding the tub in and installing the faucets and framing it. $650. It looks absolutely horrible. He also guaranteed his plumbing work for up to a year and when the drain stopper failed to work because of the hook up behind the tub he installed, he says it's not guaranteed because he didn't supply the product
