My name is Edward E. Croucher and I am the President and CEO of Metro Plumbing, Inc. I founded MPI in 1992. Since then, I have watched this business grow from a one truck operation to a well respected company, serving many clients. My everyday duties include, estimating job cost, customer satisfaction and making sure our employees are educated in all aspects of the plumbing field. I have enjoyed my years with MPI and look forward to many more in the future.
My name is Amy McKennon and I am the service and office manager of MPI. I have been employed with MPI for over sixteen years. I feel I am a very vital part of the company. My daily duties include managing the service department, customer service and maintaining a pleasant work environment. I take alot of pride in my work and feel that the customer's opinion is the number one priority.
When I started Evans Built Homes in 2002, I set out to be the best Builder, by doing so I needed the best subcontractors and suppliers to accomplish this goal. I went through three Plumbing companies before using Metro Plumbing. One of the things that stood out the most when I began using Metro, I got to speak directly with the Owner.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Called and set an appointment. no call, no show or answering incoming calls or returning multiple messages. Very unprofessional and made the decision to call another company super easy. 0 Stars would be a little closer to the truth of the rank this business deserves.

I've been using Metro Plumbing for 17 years and have always had a great experience. They've ran pipes, fixed leaks, installed a faucet, water heater, sump pump & back up water propelled sump pump-which I highly recommend. Never felt I was being upselled. Always on time and professional. Shout out to Will who usually services our house and takes the time to explain everything to me.

Very horrible way to take care of customer the guy who came out said its impossible to fix the problem and instead of telling the actual owner of the house he just left after telling the contractors I had working for me. What Kline of business does that. I would not recommend metro plumbing to anyone and I personally will never go back not now not ever.

Called Metro this afternoon hoping to schedule an appointment the next day. The very gracious receptionist stated the technician would stop within the hour. Serviceman Phillip arrived on time, replaced our garbage disposal and did not empty our bank account. Metro's prices are very reasonable. Thank you Phillip and staff of Metro Plumbing.
