We discovered a leak in our basement from a first floor bathroom sink, called Cobra, and was scheduled for a visit within 72 hours. Ernie arrived on time, was approved for entry by our Golden Retriever, and diagnosed our problem almost immediately (we'd already cut a hole in the wall in an attempt to fix it ourselves, lol). He had our drain pipe removed, replaced, and the "worksite" cleaned within an hour! Quick, efficient, professional, quality work for a great price! Thank you for such great service!

Horrible Horrible Horrible nasty ppl. Tore up my lawn. Called to inquire if they would come to repair. Couldn't even finish my sentence before the man started SCREAMING at me. When I asked why he was screaming his reply, "because I can't stand people like you who call, get some topsoil and throw it down." All I wanted to do was send pictures to show the ruts and destruction of the lawn and request repair assistance. It's still a mess! Would NEVER recommend this company. If I could give negative stars I would.

After being referred to Cobra by a friend who had used their services before, I reached out and spoke to the owner Ernie. He was very responsive and provided very good information to help me make the decision to have the Polybutylene line replaced, as it's well documented they are a ticking time bomb, waiting to fail. His quotes were among the best I'd received, that along with their quick responses earned Cobra my business.

They were on time, explained what they were going to do and did it with respect for our property. We were pleased with the work, and with Ernie's professionalism. They also replaced the Polybutylene for a relative and recently replaced our water heater. They were able to do the job days before expected, and with competitive pricing. Very expeditious service. Ernie arrived early investigated the situation and provided a reasonable estimate. Having my front lawn torn up, a retaining wall disturbed, my fence removed and part of the street level sidewalk removed to accommodate a new incoming water line just before the Yule was a depressing thought. No mind the fact that 25' of inside water line needed to be replaced and new "up to code" parts added to my existing system. Excessive rains the 4 days prior to the job and the subsequent flooding of my crawl space caused concern about the destructive nature of this work as well as the muddy mess.

The crew arrived early, took care not to remove nor disrupt more than they had to; very impressed with the removal and re-installation of the front sidewalk section, retaining wall and chain link fence. Even seeded the area disturbed. This was more work included in the cost than any other plumbing estimate I had received. All debris was removed from the yard.

My neighbours are impressed with the yard as well. Ernie took extra precautions going in and out of the house and crawl space to keep the mud to a bare minimum. He was very respectful of the virtual learning that was in progress. Very happy with the entire process. Definitely recommending to others. And calling first for future plumbing needs.

This is a great company and should be considered by everyone. The owner, Ernie, returned my call promptly and gave us a very competitive price. He and his crew were on time and were very professional. The grass which had to be removed was cut and set aside and replaced after the work was done like it had never been removed. They worked continuously without wasted time.
