All Clear was the assigned contractor for a home warranty claim and after this experience will be using them for any plumbing needs. Rob and Jose were the technicians and were excellent. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and kept me updated throughout the visit. They identified another issue while working on our toilet. Although they did not have the equipment to repair during their visit, Rob took the time to call my home warranty company to report the issue and determine if it was covered. Truly went above and beyond. Could not recommend more highly.

She went over my previous visit with me and listened to what i had To say and everything i told Her the plumber knew when he got here. When you call, ask for Brandon! Had a washing machine drain pipe clog, couldn't get it unclogged with a hand snake so we called All Clear. Even though it was a holiday week, they were able to get someone out to me in my available time frame within a few days. The technician, Brandon, was timely, professional, and polite. We ended up needing to have the drainpipe replaced, and he showed me everything that was going on and why and how it needed to be replaced. Very pleased with how quickly, transparently and professionally everything was fixed.
