Flori Heating and Cooling was established by Ralph Flori in 1962. Ralph started the business as a full service appliance repair business and over the years became a HVAC service and installation business. In 2004, Don Rice bought Flori Heating and Cooling. Don along with his exceptional team have over 50 years of combined experience in the industry.

I had 2 furnaces spewing CO in the height of a bitter cold winter. My home warranty company sent Flori to do the evaluation and eventual replacement under warranty. David, the service manager, arrived assessed the situation and after running some tests recommended replacement of the 2 furnaces as they had also been red tagged by the Gas company and had reached the end of their working lives.
They handled all the communications with home warranty company and got approval within 3 working days. The installation team tore down and removed the old Gas furnaces and I had 2 brand new high efficiency Bryant condensing furnaces installed within a few days. They seem to be very efficient and quiet in operation and look forward to much reduced heating bills in the future. We were very pleased with the way Flori set about the replacement and will certainly use them again for our HVAC and plumbing needs in the future.

Granted I know that no one really wants to work with Warranty Companies (which was why they were dispatched), BUT they strung me along for 6 days (plumbing issue preventing me from using my entire main bathroom) while the technician kept telling me it would be Saturday.then Monday.then he should hear something from the warranty people "later today".
Of course no updates so I messaged and messaged (no response of course- only minimal responses to things like "remember I cannot take off work Th and fri so it will have to be fixed by Wed and would get a response like "ok") and left a voice mail that I would call the warranty company to let them know this company obviously is too busy. Come to find out the technician NEVER CALLED with a diagnosis! 6 days!
So I call the company this am and the secretary said she would have the Supervisor look into it and get back to me and that they would try to get someone out this afternoon to fix the problem. Called at 4 pm today because no one of course contacted me. A different lady answered and told me to call my warranty people because the technician talked to them and they are going to transfer to another company. Wouldn't elaborate at all.
So called my warranty company and they have no idea what they are talking about because they have never been contacted by Fliori. WTH? NEVER NEVER AGAIN. If you are too busy then LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW!

Horrible service, came out to my house 4 5 times to fix a water heater, couldn't fix it, didn't now what the problem was. After a month with cold water in December I finally went to Lowe's bought a new water heater and had it installed all in one day! If I could go below 1 star I would. Never ever use them they have no skills whatsoever.

I called my home warranty company to fix my toilet so they sent flori. The guy should up and said that it needed a new wax ring. He said that I would have to pay an extra $80 for him to replace it and that I should find a friend to help and that I should ask for a refund from my home warranty then left. So I called the warranty company and they said that flori was already paid and shouldn't be asking me for more money. He came back several hours later and fixed it but left water all over the floor. I will never use this company again.
