Can't say enough good things about this company! My garbage disposal was leaking, and being an old widow, I had NO idea what the problem was. I called Patrick at Shamrock and he came out in less than 30 minutes! He said the disposal was "done" and put in a brand new one in about 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and Patrick was knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend this company and, if I ever need a plumber in the future, will definately call them again!

The plumber are extremely polite, reliable, and they provide quality customer service. I never have to worry about them being here and doing a good job because I trust them. Plumbing is never really cheap, but I feel like I'm getting high quality work, and they are always friendly and professional. I will call on them every time I need plumbing. Shamrock plumbing 24/7 energency service are top notch. The guys came out on time and we're extremely pro. They jumped right to work and finished the job fast, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Such a great job! This is who I will always use anytime I have plumbing issues!

I noticed water coming out of the side of the wall and immediately thought the worst. My whole family were panicked. our home is a year old and we didn't think we would be putting in money into repairs so quickly. Shamrock plumbing was great to work with! We used them for a hot water heater replacement and a slab leak fix. Their prices were fair, and each of the staff was super friendly and professional.

My pipes have been backing up into my shower for over a week. Levi came looked in the bathroom looked outside and saw that my main drain was completely blocked. He was in and out of my house in less than an hour. He was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and make recommendations. I had put service request for 3 other plubmers and Shamrock was the only one that responded. I have yet to hear from the other companies still. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I can't say enough! What an incredible service experience! Yesterday we attempted to install a new faucet and in the process we broke the main cold water line. Water sprayed EVERYWHERE! We were able to shut off the water, but had a terrible time finding the right fitting and materials to fix the waterline ourselves. Finally at 6pm we called Shamrock completely overwhelmed with the situation.

We got a call back in under 10 minutes and they attempted to walk me through what needed to be done and where I had gone wrong, and I explained that we were passed the point of being able to help ourselves. They then scheduled a technician to come out to see us THE SAME NIGHT. We ended up calling back as we have a young child that we had just put to bed and asked if they could come in the morning.

Before 9am this morning the service manager Jason and Bart came out to the house and had the pipe fixed in no time. While waiting for the pipe to dry Jason and Bert took a look at the kitchen and the garage that had water get into it and gave direction and suggestions on how to handle how the water that had gotten out of hand. Jason also measured and problem solved another project that I wanted completed. They were very professional and knowledgeable! I will never call or recommend another plumber other then them! This is the second time I've used Shamrock, the last was years ago. I discovered a leak under my house after 2 days of low pressure. But the other plumber I called, couldn't get to me for a week, but recommended Shamrock. So I called and talked to Steve who said he'd get to me in an hour. He showed up on time, fixed it in no time, and I have water! I really appreciate Shamrock, Steve, and the top notch service! Highly recommend!

Their team had a plan and were actually able to save us big $ by finding the location of the issue and address it without as much rework as first thought. I called them on Christmas eve to schedule an appointment later that week for a non-emergency. They were very professional, called back when they said they would, and showed up on time. They even wore those little booties so they wouldn't track dirt into the house! They quickly diagnosed that the plumbing issue was actually a rodent issue (eww!), got me to the right people, and didn't charge me for the visit. But when I DO need a plumber, I will definitely go with these guys.
