Not sure about the quality of their work but I inquired about a plumbing job and just to come by to quote it, there's $99 fee. On top of that, the guy who answered seemed bothered by even having to think about doing another job. Imagine if every company charged a fee just to quote, how can you compare quotes but still pay fees to the ones who you didn't choose? No thanks.

Called about a possible clogged main drain & pea trap replacement. told young lady on the phone need to bring camera if they had one. she assured me that they did. made an afternoon app't. service guy showed up @ 9:30 a.m. no camera & no knowledge of a pea trap replacement. i explained the situation to him & he thought it was a clog. After pulling commode & running 50 gallons of water he said everything seemed to be ok.
I insisted on looking into the main drain lets do the camera, he said ok but he had an emergency job @ hickory tavern & that he would be back after taking care of the bigger name on the other line. he showed back up around 2:30 p.m. with camera ran it down pipe. no obstruction. bottom line he charged me 150.00 for pulling the commode & 250.00 for the camera the pea trap was on the house but just to let everyone know I just pulled that commode & put it back for 5.00 the cost of the wax ring & it only took 15 minutes

Reggie did a wonderful job making sure that our hot water heater was fixed prior to the long Christmas weekend! He was courteous, friendly and respectful. He spent ended up going out of his way to pick up the part from a nearby store to fix the issue. We would definitely recommend Massey Plumbing to friends and neighbors.

We were extremely happy with Reggie's work on our malfunctioning toilets. He was right on time for each appointment. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the issues we were having quickly. He also got the work done quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend him!

Reggie from Massey Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a hot water tank. He was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and explaining everything. When I needed a plumber again, I knew he was the one to call. He did a great job, no mess, cleans up, is very careful, very professional. I highly recommend him.

I was extremely impressed with Massey Plumbing and the excellent work Reggie Lovelace performed- He was pleasant to talk with as he asked the right questions and was able to arrive at the problem and then explained what needed to be done. He proceeded with all work needed in the house and the under the crawl space where the plumbing problem extended to. I recommend Massey Plumbing highly and my personal thanks to Reggie Lovelace.
