Quincy came in and greeted us. He quickly went to work on what we asked him to do. He replaced a garbage disposal, dishwasher and kitchen faucet. Quick, efficient and attention to detail really make this company worth it. He noticed that the drain line to the dishwasher was installed incorrectly so he replaced at no additional cost. Very please with the service received and will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs.

The men were professional and cleaned up after themselves. My displeasure involves the fact I was told the repairs would be $175.00 per hour and it would take 2 men. I thought fair enough. At the most it should have been around $450 labor for 4 faucets. The man brought his son who was no help to him, so I wound up paying for 5 hours @ $127.50. Total of $ 637. Unacceptable will never call them again
