I called about a leaking copper line and installation of an outdoor faucet. My call was returned within 2 minutes. His crew showed up shortly thereafter and replaced my leaking line and installed the faucet in one hour. Great price, quick response and clean professional job done by his great crew. Would recommend with any plumbing needs.

Called Kent Price plumbing to unclog main drain. The employees could not locate the sewer drain line from the house, so they decided that the line needed to be dug up with an excavator because root were undoubtedly in the line (even though they hadnt located the drain). They quoted $4000 for the job. Luckily I called another plumber Rons Septic, Sewer & Plumber and they located the drain, flushed it out, and determined there weren't roots in the pipe.

They did all this in an hour and charged $350. I've heard Kent Price does this to other customers - makes a simple job into an extravagant job at a high price to propagate their business. Thats dirty taking advantage of customers in need of a plumber with integrity - just because they don't know anything about plumbing.

They were quick to call back & took the time to answer all of my concerns. He was very knowledgeable. I had an exhaust pipe leaking from my hot water heater. Good as new now. Price was fair for the service.

Needed my residential sewer line replaced. I called the office for an estimate, Mr Price called back within the hour and came right over, explained the details etc and quoted an estimate. They came within days, earlier than expected and he and his guys smiled the whole time they dug up my yard they did great work and now I can get rid of all the toilet paper we have during our shelter in place, social distancing thing. I respect an owner that doesn't sit in his vehicle but gets down in the trenches with his guys. I recommend him to anyone that needs a job done right!

I had to have my water line replaced from the meter to the house due to a leak. Mr. Price gave me a great estimate, explained everything to me, and completed the work very quickly. I would highly recommend his company to anyone.

Last week we had them to repair our commodes. Then at 5:30 pm last night we noticed our water heater expansion tank was leaking. Kent said he would come on out so we didn't have a major water problem damaging our house. He was here in a short time, did the repair and thanks to his concern, there was not a water problem.
