Here's the deal. I'll deal with anybody who's on the up and up. I put in a request on Yelp they answered. The lady with a little short on the phone but I just ignored her, however the boss was a super nice and very easy to deal with, his son came out the next day called ahead of time, was also very kind, and so was the other worker.

I paid them, they finished the job in less than an hour, now they're on their way to their next job. I got the services that I needed.perfect! Why can't everybody else be like this. Stop trying to scam people and take their money do your job, get paid for it and move on which is exactly what Acadian plumbing did and I appreciate it! No games, no gimmicks, and no tricks! Just installed the waterline.

From beginning to end, my experience with Acadian Plumbing was fantastic. I was in a panic because I couldn't turn off a my outdoor hose. When I spoke with Tina to make arrangements, she was professional, calm and efficient. When the plumbers came they fixed the problem and were also highly professional, calm and efficient. Everything was fixed within a half hour and I have a whole new on/off system for my new hose. I recommend them highly.

We had a leaking pipe in our upstairs bathroom and called Acadian. Once at our house they quickly found and repaired the problem. I highly recommend Acadian and will use them in the future.

I called these folks and they wanted $125 to come and do an estimate. I'm trying to get a couple of bids for a job and that seems like a lot to me. I might've said yes to $50. The $125 is credited if they do the work but if not, you're out the $. Yes, you're going to go write a bid and not get the work sometimes (I know I've been in this kind of business) but that's part of the deal.

Made a same-day appointment. They called before arriving and fixed my leaking toilet and repaired a few other issues with my toilet I'm so excited to see my bill for next month because my toilet isn't leaking anymore

We had our washing machine start to back up and leak water everywhere due to a blockage in our piping. I called Acadian and they were able to send someone out that day! We thought we wouldn't be able to wash clothes for at least a week! The guys came out and were awesome and professional as always. They took care of the problem and the pricing was very reasonable. Taz and Nathan came out and they are very honest, professional and trustworthy and didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. Glad we have a great reliable company we will use from here on out! We've used them before and have been impressed every time. Definitely worth giving them a try.

Beware Receptionist was very rude and her attitude was like she was doing me a big favor by scheduling me. Normally I couldn't care less but her condescending tone was over the top. If the owners treat people like that then I don't want anything to do with them.

Everyone showed up with a mask on, got the job down and cleaned up after, these guys where awesome and the price was lower than I expected.

Top-notch! Had a leaky toilet and was told it may be the wax seal. They came out and look and initially could not find the problem. The guys, with their keen eyes, found a hairline crack in the tank, which I never would have seen. They suggested a new toilet, which was needed, and I agreed. They were truly awesome! I've had plenty of people do repairs on my house. However, they were the best. The plumbers were extremely friendly and professional. Moreover, they fixed a broken pipe in the ceiling that some other companies might have overcharged. I will certainly use them for all my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

Second time I have needed a plumber.water heater leaking and I called Acadian. Eric took my call, followed up ASAP and this morning 4 guys showed up -headed up to the attic and in 2 1/2 hrs had me ready to go with a new heater. Acadian's crew showed up on time and had all the necessary parts and tools. They were masked as is necessary these days and the work was done quickly. They cleaned up before leaving. I purchased a bidet toilet seat from Amazon, and did a self install and noticed a leak. It was pretty late, so I turned off the water to the toilet and waited until the next morning to call Acadian. The lady who answered the phone was really friendly, and said she could have someone come out between 9 AM and noon that day. I was really surprised they could make it the same day. Woody gave me a call at around 8:20 and was at my home 20 minutes later, masked up and ready to go.

The toilet was leaking because the original threading was old on the inside of the toilet tank, so he replaced that, and now I don't have to hold down the toilet flusher the entire time the toilet flushes. I highly recommend Acadian. They were fast and efficient!

I recently bought a house and during the inspection period, roots were found in my drain pipe. I made an appointment with Acadian Plumbing, and they were here two days later and fixed the issue within an hour. It was easy, affordable, and they gave me advice on how to keep the roots out. Highly recommended.

They were amazing. Excellent work, quick service and at a bargain price. They came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly. Had the parts needed in the truck already so no extra time needed to order parts. He finished putting on the new clawfoot faucet in less than 30 minutes. So I asked if he could look at a couple other issues around the house. He was very accommodating and took care of 2 other small issues. Even had the part in the truck for that one too. Definitely recommend.
