Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Upon Mr Bowen's review of my request, he stated that he would go to his truck and prepare a quote. After 10 minutes, I went outside looking for him and discovered that he had left my premises. I had to call the office phone number to get a quote for my request. The quote was unreasonably high.

They did a wonderful job with repairing broken water pipes after the freeze this winter and they also installed a water heater for me without me having to worry about anything from start to finish! I would highly recommend them they're very dependable and did a good job and I will continue to call them in the future for my future needs.

I would have given a 0 but the ratings wouldn't let me. I should have gotten a written estimate prior to them doing the work as advertised on the website. I did not. My fault. I had a problem with my kitchen sink that when you turned on the hot water function, the hot water just spurted out of the faucet. I called Bowen to fix the problem. He showed up with an assistant and because I had an instant water heater in the sink operation, they couldn't figure out what the problem was and said they would have to do more research.

I did my own research and found I merely needed to replace the hot water valve under the sink. I did so and it corrected the problem except that I had a very slow drip from the hot water heater under the sink. Bowen came back today with the same young man to fix the slow drip. They were here for about 45 minutes and added a brass compression fitting to the hot water heater which corrected the slow drip.

I thought I was looking at a service call price plus the part (approximately $10) which should have been less than $100. To my shock, when they finished I asked what did I owe him and he replied usually it would have been $255 but he would only charge me $240. Are you kidding me? What a rip off. I wrote him a check but I will NEVER do business with this business again. BEWARE and make sure if you elect to work with this thief in my opinion, you get the written estimate they advertise before hiring them. I suppose they think they can rob people in the village because of the unaware elderly population. I guess I just confirmed that.

While he was very responsive and came to my house soon after I called, he never told me his going rate. After the no more than 10 minute job of unclogging my bath tub, he told me it would be $135. Completely outrageous. He would not budge on price at all. Service: Drain cleaning

We were told at 10:00 that someone would be here "before noon" to look at our water heater. At noon, we were told the guy was running late. At 1:15, he "was on his way." Now, it's after 2:30 and, when I called, I was told that we never called back to say it was okay to come. I guess it's a good thing I've scheduled an appointment with a different plumbing service for later this afternoon.

FANTASTIC experience with David and Bowen Plumbing. I called David at 1: 37pm. It is now 2:06pm and not only was he able to take my call, stop by my home (just so happened he was near by), diagnose my hot water heater's issues, he was had the part available and installed the new heating element. Within 30 MINUTES, I have hot water again! He was friendly, offered great advice, and very quick. This was my first time using Bowen Plumbing, but it will certainly not be my last. I highly recommend this company.

WE have used Bowen Plumbing a bout a half dozen times. He shows up when scheduled and does good work. Good problem solving as well.

I am a recent widow on a tight budget. I have used Bowen Plumbing and have been so satisfied with his work and prices because it means a lot to me. He does good work and is up front with the price and what is the problem is.

Just heads up. Not rating bad, not rating good. I'm not sure. Couldn't use them. If you need a plumber that works with home warranties, they will not.

Very dissatisfied with our visit from this agency. We have 2 toilets that we needed looked at for overflowing issues. Took him 2 weeks to get to us, then he was late the day of appointment getting to us and. when he did show up he looked at the worst toilet, ran an auger down it and it wouldn't go all the way so he just said we needed to buy a new toilet. Really?

I could have done that for free! He didn't even look at the second toilet. He was here maybe a total of 20 minutes, no parts used at all, collected his $135 service call fee and left. The reason we called is bc needed the problems fixed. My father in law recently came into some bad health and he does not need to be exhausting.

I love Bowen Plumbing and have used them for several years. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable.

Piss poor service, rude people, threw the roof prices, and should I mention the love to take advantage of elderly ya they TRIED that today but it back fired lol
