A-1 Septic Tank & Drain Service - Nesbit Number

We used this company to pump out our septic system. This is the end of what they did right! We scheduled them to come back and put in a riser. NEVER SHOWED UP! NO CALL! NO MESSAGE! They just did NOT show up. So now we have a hole around our septic system. When we called to find out why they didn't call us, the OWNER MIKE, who did not introduce himself, gave us a list of EXCUSES. 1. they cancelled us because another customer had cancelled. (never called us to let us know) 2. the price quote THEIR GUY gave us was "not enough" so we would be charged OTHER FEES 3. our house was a long way to come (although they told us initially no problem and had already been out here a couple days prior) THIS WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If you decide to use this company here is a word of caution. BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES, NO SHOWS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCUSES!
