We offer an extensive list of construction services in our four divisions that include plumbing, piping, ventilation, and civil utility services.

The resources were modest, and the space was limited, but the vision was limitless. Today, A&R continues its tradition of family ownership-now backed by nearly a century of experience.
A&R's wide variety of innovative solutions stem from the vast array of environments and projects we have encountered over our 90 years of existence. At A&R, our job doesn't stop when the installation is complete. We remain engaged throughout the life of the equipment and the life of the facility. From conceptual design, construction, maintenance, repair, and eventual replacement, A&R will keep your equipment in its best working condition until it is time to be replaced.When that happens, we will go back to the drawing board and make sure that the new project includes advancements, upgrades, or new technologies to improve the operation and efficiency of your facility systems.
A&R's employees are continuously trained in all safety procedures, both standard and specialized for the industries we serve. We do this, of course, for their personal safety, but also because it's good business. A safe work environment means a more effective and efficient team, which means satisfied customers when our projects come in on-time and on-budget.

If I could add photos I would. These guys were hired by a site management company to assist in getting a job done quicker. The so called professionals who they sent to the site stated they had been doing this for 3 to 7 years. It was immediately obvious by the first day that they had no experience or pride in their work. It was all about how many feet of pipe they could get up as quickly as possible.
The 4 two story buildings which are from the 1940s, were gutted and a state of the art A/C system was being installed. There was no communication, from these guys to any of the other trades. The work was sloppy and most of the time had to be torn down and redone to allow for electrical, data and other equipment installers to be able to get their items installed.
They kept referring to the plans and the site management company for guidance rather than using common sense and speaking to other trades to make sure no one would run into problems. These building weren't designed for this system, but working with others and listening to the foreman of the company hired to do the job would have alleviated the headache and extra work these guys created for everyone, so they could make a quick buck.
I would never hire these guys, and definitely never ever work with them or for them. Ive been in the industry since 2001 and never have I seen anything so poorly done.

Have been using A&R for a while at the building I work at. A&R has always responded no matter the time of day or night. With the best of customer service. The employee Jim Means is by far the politest and most professional service tech I have ever dealt with. He and the gentleman Tim have always showed kindness and understanding to the residents here. I recommend A&R for any service you may need.
