I purchased a new gas furnace and air conditioner back in July 2021 through Kerivan-Lane. The entire Kerivan-Lane team was fantastic, most notably Rick Dorney. Rick was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful through the process. The installation team was just as great. This week, I had my annual air conditioner tune-up and technicians Kevin and Sam H were outstanding! They were prompt, knowledgeable and clean. Kerivan-Lane truly provides great service. I highly recommend Kerivan-Lane.

Recently had a furnace and AC replacement done by Kerivan Lane. Rob D. and George were fantastic! Very professional and couldn't have had a better experience with Kerivan Lane. Highly recommend giving them a call if you are looking for a great company!

Just had two central AC units and a mini-split serviced by George T. He was very professional and did a thorough job. Neat, clean and very personable. A good representative for Kerivan Lane.

I agree with one of the reviewers that this company is run as a sales company, not service. I have an oil price agreement that will expire in a few days. I called the company for delivery couple days ago because my oil tank is nearly empty. I sent them a picture of the oil tank as told. But they refused to deliver unless I agree to pay the market price! This is against the contract agreement, right? Does this also violate some Customer Rights?

It is still cold outside at night and in the morning, we have to heat up the house because of the child at home and K-L is refusing to deliver oil for almost 45 days now, even though we are on auto-delivery for every month and are running very low on oil - less than 1/4 of tank left. By contract, is should be every 30 days, and by the same contract if it is 1/4 of tank, they must deliver.

I am asking for 2 weeks now and they are refusing to deliver, on our price celling plan - they are not honoring their contract of oil delivery. We had in full on time, our account is active and in good standing, but apparently contract means nothing to K-L. They are saying - when contract is over, we will deliver at market price. So celling price or fixed price only works for them when price is lower or about the same. Not honoring the contract, and refusing to deliver oil for a long time now. What I do? Call the police? Let them handle it?

We signed up for their fixed-rate home oil special in September 2021, at a rate of $2.799/gallon through 5/1/22. Between September and February, they added about 75 gallons to our tank on a consistent basis. Then, when prices increased, they stopped delivering oil. We contacted them several times requesting delivery. Instead, they sent a tech to our house unannounced to measure our tank.

After indicating that we would contact the AG for allowing our tank to go empty, the owner, Christopher Lane, left a voicemail saying they would not fill our tank or honor our offer, which expires 5/1/22. Our tank is now empty because of Kerivan Lane's greediness and unethical practices.

So glad to have Meghan Lane of Kerivan-Lane taking care of our oil needs especially at this very challenging times. With gas and oil prices on the rise, having a provider you can really trust to guide what is in your best interest makes all the difference. This is not a company where the customer is just a name and number. Because of Meghan, this is personal service at its best!

Our experience with Kerivan-Lane over the past few years has always been wonderful, but I had to write a review because they really have gone above and beyond for us as customers. Recently, I reached out regarding an approximate schedule for our oil auto fill and Meghan Lane contacted me right away saying she would be happy to set up notifications for us which has been incredibly helpful.

With the rising cost of oil, we had really been bracing ourselves for our next delivery, and were pleasantly surprised to see a note left this morning saying that, in light of the high price of oil, Kerivan-Lane made a partial delivery. Of course, they would also return if needed between now and our next scheduled delivery. I know a lot of people are being blindsided by their oil bills right now and this was really refreshing to see. We are grateful to be customers of Kerivan-Lane.

Terrible experience. It takes 2-3 calls or at least 5 e-mails (1 e-mail request and 4 reminders) to get an appointment. 50% of my appointments with these guys were rescheduled due to different reasons (tech's family problems, emergency situations etc), every time the appointment was canceled and I have to wait for another week. They installed a boiler autofill system at our place, it stopped working 6 months later.

It took 2 weeks to get them to come to check on it, they couldn't fix it right away. They promised to contact me to provide update on when they can come back with new details to fix the system. Guess what? Nobody called back for 2 weeks until I contacted them by myself. It seems the company has too many clients and doesn't worry about providing good service any more.
