Hinchey Brothers Plumbing has been servicing our home on an annual basis and supporting emergencies for more than 10 years. They are fast, communicative, and always kind. Their work and repairs from hot water heater, burst pipe, and regular maintenance are good quality and don't require rework.

I first used them because they are the physically closest plumbers from my house. But ever since then, for the past 20 years that I have lived there, I have always used them, and always been happy with their competence and professionalism. I have occasionally worked with other plumbers -- people brought in by other contractors -- and have learned to ask if we can work with Hinchey instead

Hinchey Brothers Plumbing is Great! Sam did a boiler tune up in the beginning of January. Marlene the Office Manager contacted me the day before my appointment and on the day of the appointment regarding Sam's arrival time. Sam maintained precautions wearing a mask. He was very professional/polite and on time. The tune up didn't take long. I have been using Hinchey Brothers for years! I highly recommend them!

Hinchey Brothers Plumbing office staff and workers are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient! Mike came to do some repairs and was very thorough and quick! it is a pleasure to have an honest and respectable company to service our plumbing issues!

Excellent service, Mike came on time, very professional and reviewed the work he did on my boiler tune up. I have used Hinchey Brothers for several years. They have installed a gas stove, new toilets and adjusted a heating baseboard pipe for new shower. Their are honest and great. I would highly recommend them! I'm very glad to have found Hinchey Brothers Plumbing, thanks to other positive yelp reviews. I've had them out for 2 projects now. One was a simple outdoor spigot replacement, and the other was a (semi emergency) bathroom remodel. With short notice, Mike came in 1st thing in the morning to remove a leaking toilet flange, the vanity, and capped the pipes.

After the new tile floor was laid down, he came back right one time, and worked hard throughout the day to replace the toilet and flange, replace all the shut-offs in the bathroom, put the vanity back in, and even replace the main water shutoff with a new ball valve. THANK YOU MIKE for your hard work! And Thank you Hinchey Brothers for being able to come out and get my tenants bathroom back to them as fast as possible.

As a new homeowner, I'm thrilled to know you're close by. 10/2018 update: Bill at Hinchey just replaced 2 boilers and 2 hot water tanks in my house. His work was impeccable! Meticulous! I'm beyond impressed with the quality of the installation. Ken, the owner worked closely with me to ensure the project fell within the guidelines in order to receive the MA Save rebates. A+ experience once again.

They came to my mom's house who is 84 years old. Lied to her about what was wrong and charged her 1457 dollars. Best part of this story is they never fixed the problem. All that did was milk her for money saying what a bad job the other guy did. Real pieces of human garbage.

If you want it done right the first time call Hinchey Bros. We have had work done with other plumbers (through contractors) and know the difference. Bill installed 3 radiators in our basement that required connection to a Lochinvar Knight boiler which is an efficient system unfamiliar to most -- his work is meticulous. Prior to that Kenny came out during a snow storm to get our boiler back up and running so our pipes would not freeze. Outstanding, experienced plumbers who know how to handle older homes.

Great work and fairly priced. They got out to me next day. Sam gave me honest advice about my water heater and fixed all my issues. Will do business with them again and would recommend to anyone in their service area.

Used Hinchey Bros to put in a new boiler. They scheduled me promptly and the service was great. The new unit is meticulously designed and puts my ugly basement to shame! Will recommend as well as consider them my new plumber!

I have used Hinchey Brothers for many years (15+) and my mother uses them as well. They do our plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and have replaced our water heater and furnace as well as kitchen and bathroom plumbing. They are careful, responsive trustworthy and very easy to deal with. I also count on them for referrals to related vendors (such as chimney work.) They are totally reliable and I recommend them without reservation.

I've lived in my condo going on my third winter. I have yet to have all those mechanical gizmos down in the basement looked at, checked out or whatever you're supposed to do to them. I have had nightmares about getting a bad contractor - let's face it - there are more than a few bad contractors out there. Ok so please don't crucify me here but I spent the money on a subscription to Angie's List and checked out plumbers/HVAC specialists. Came across these guys who had good reviews that were recent.

I called them about setting up an appointment for service and got a call back from a nice guy. We set up a time a few days later first thing in the morning. Bill from Hinchey came out and looked at everything I needed done or wanted quotes on. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable and explained things well. He looked at all those gizmos and ran some tests.

He gave me the lodown on my furnace - he needed some parts but didn't have them on his truck so he would have to come back on Monday. Since my water heater was out of warranty by a few years and didn't look all that healthy I decided to also have him come back to replace the water heater the same day. He actually suggested doing it the same day so he could bring an apprentice with him and have help carrying the water heater down into the basement without me paying for an extra guy to help him.

All in all they replaced the water heater with a larger model, they replaced several parts on my furnace after taking it apart and cleaning it and they were both here pretty much all day. The job was done neatly and they cleaned up after themselves. The price was competitive.for good work and warranteed. I'm having them do more work so they'll be back.
