Charged me $125 for 3 minutes to just relight a hot water tank pilot light without doing and repairs. It went out again 2 days later. The thermocouple needs cleaned but they did not do that.

Buckeye rearranged their schedule to accommodate my main sewer back up. They came out and had it cleared after 2.5 hours. I couldn't be more happier! They hooked everything back up in my laundry room too! I was really fearing for the worst after a previous plumber seemed to get nowhere.

Buckeye Plumbing was fabulous to work with. We moved from Well Water to hooking up to City Water. The entire team made the process as seamless as possible, very knowledgable, kind, explained things well and did an incredible job. Sherry at the office was a big help -- she worked with me on getting estimates and setting up my payments. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to hook up to City Water or for any other plumbing need.

Excellent service from start to finish. Office was able to answer any questions while exploring options, and explained pricing up front. The guys arrived as scheduled, and handled all of the demo and installation of our new water softening system. They explained everything on the new equipment, and demonstrated the various functions clearly. They tested the system and made sure everything was completed, and the work area cleaned of any debris before leaving.

This is our second time using Buckeye Plumbing, and they have always completed all work as requested professionally, and without any issues. The work has always been performed for the quoted price. No surprises, just excellent quality and performance. I would highly recommend Buckeye Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

I am so happy I called Buckeye. Needed a gas line ran 120' to my garage and after 3 quotes Buckeye was by far the best price. They were also extremely nice and professional. I am so excited that i have gas out in my external garage now and can put in a heater. I did not think I would be able to make this happen and I am so excited going into winter I have heat now. Thank you guys so much this made my year. In addition they were able to clear a drain out that I could not figure out at all without any problems.

I had an issue with my hot water tank. They were out the next day and explained what they were doing. Ended up replacing my hot water tank.

The woman that works in the office had my appointment set for July 31st, I call that morning and ask when they were coming and she says oh I spoke to your husband and we changed it for August 10th, she never spoke to my husband except for the estimate which was a year ago. When we decided to do the work she only dealt with me. She said im sorry it iant the companies fault for my mistake, well yes it is they need someone that can do the job and do it proficiently and professionally something she isnt capable of.

Needed to lay a French drain and redo my 1930's stormwater pipes. Communication with Shawn and the office was very quick and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Had some issues with an old dishwasher and was not sure if it was plumbing related or if it was just the age of the dishwasher. Buckeye plumbing sent Patrick out within hours of opening on a Monday morning. He thoroughly checked the plumbing around the dishwasher and determined it was not plumbing related. He was very kind. Although there was not a plumbing issue, I still had to pay a service call.

I understood, because it is the cost of doing business. Patrick was apologetic bc he was at house for 5 minutes, but he still has to follow protocol as an employee of company. Again, I completely understood as I would want my employees doing the same thing. Ten minutes after Patrick had left, I got a call saying they were voiding the service call charge. As a homeowner who uses plumbing services quite a bit, I will definitely be calling them again. Service was great on front and back end!

A great locally owned business. The staff are friendly, efficient, and dedicated to providing the best service possible. 10/10 would recommend over national chain plumbing companies. Hail Nimrod!

I hired Buckeye plumbing to install a kitchen sink and faucet set I bought from Costco (whose quality of products I find to be excellent) for my 83 year old mother in her home in Akron. Because of poor communication on their part, I thought I would let others know their policies (1) they charge a $75 fee for coming out, and if you accept their bid to do the work, it is not credited to the job. Based on this lack of information up front, they agreed to refund us $37.50 of that "show up" fee. (2) Although when my 4'10" 95 lb mother found a week later that when she turned on the hot water it leaked - she made the normal assumption that it was a problem from the previous week installation. However, Buckeye plumbing insists on charging $75 to come back out regardless of what the origin of the problem is. (3) Even though they agreed to do the installation - which in our case they charged $350 for installing the sink/faucet we supplied- they only guarantee the complete job if you buy the materials from them. Hence they assume that anything that goes wrong is the materials and not their plumbing work unless you can prove to them otherwise.

In summary, they answer the phone promptly, they show up when they say they will, and the owner called me back to explain all of the above -after the fact. I gave a 2 star rating because they should explain everything up front, I think over $450 in the end to install a sink/faucet is too expensive, and they charge extra for basic customer service.

Elton promptly came out and quoted the job. I approved the quote and they again promptly scheduled an appointment within days. Derek and Alex came out and did a fantastic job. They were extremely kind and professional and addressed all my questions and concerns. I recommend their services and will definitely use them in the future!

I needed a plumber on a Sunday afternoon and called 3 different plumbers. This company was the only one who was willing to come out and fix the backed up drain in my basement. Patrick was very professional and I give him and Buckeye Plumbing 5 stars! I would certainly recommend them and will use them again, if needed.

My well pump went out, By luck I called Buckeye Plumbing. They came out with in hours of the call and diagnosed my problem reinstalled a new pump and pressure tank and with in hours I was back in business. They were courteous professionals and got right to work. They used top grade parts and did a top grade installation. I would highly recommend these guys, I am very happy with the work they did, how fast they got it done, and the cost was fair.

My drain backed up 2 weeks ago and i used another company but the problem returned last night. Buckeye came with a camera today and found where it was blocked, cleaned it and all is fixed. Patrick and Derek were super patient and explained everything to me at a reasonable price. I will never use anyone else, ever! Thank you.

I had a leaking shower with holiday guests arriving in two days. Patrick was able to meet my need in time for guests! Professional! Great guy! Great service! Cleaned up! Reasonable price! Highly recommend! He's now my go-to guy for plumbing and gas needs.

Our kitchen drain clogged on Christmas Eve morning and we were unable to fix it ourselves. I called Buckeye and they were here within 30 minutes. The servicemen were courteous and prompt and did a great job. They charged the fee that was quoted on the phone and nothing else, even though they also had to use water pressure to resolve the problem. I would use them again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

We lost water in our house Friday evening. They showed up at 9:00 AM Saturday. Replaced well pressure switch and water logged pressure tank. After testing system, they found the well pump had burned up. It was 20 degrees outside and they were not too excited about replacing the well pump on a Saturday in the cold. They had it done in less than 2 hours. Very professional, capable, courteous, friendly. These guys are the best! Highly recommend!

I will remain a devoted customer to Buckeye Plumbing. (a few years ago) They had facilitated a replacement well, which is never a good thing. They were able to work with me and do some sort of financing. Very pleased with the service we received.
