Waterworks called to give me 30 minute notice, then the plumber, Cornell, called when he got to my house to make sure he was parked conveniently. He was very friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do. He ended up having to go all the way to the basement to get the clog completely opened, but never seemed put out at the extra work. Everywhere he worked was left spotless, he made sure the only sign of his work was the job well done.

The credit card payment process was easy and he reminded me of the 90 day warranty. We will definitely use Waterworks in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues!

Bradley was very professional and did a great job identifying & fixing my water leak. He made sure I understood the issue and was comfortable with the steps needed to repair. After the repair he gave me a breakdown of the costs so I knew what I was paying for. It's comforting having someone you can trust working on your home! Nothing like seeing your kitchen sink back up in my home with water and to think YouTube can help resolve the issue. Bad idea of myself. After trying a few YouTube suggestions. Than to my surprise my shower began to not drain either. I than had double kitchen sinks and a shower bay in standing water. Being a independent female than knowing I needed a professional help.

That can be very scary in todays world. Considering, I am not that knowledgeable in this trade with the Possibility of being taken advantage of with a hefty bill. Making a phone call to Water Works was the best decision I have ever made. I could not of been any happier and my wallet was happy too. Can not express enough gratitude of my appreciation of the friendly outstanding customer service of the two gentleman that came to my door. Andy and David where the BEST. Thank You for the quickly responding so quickly to my urgency. Look No Further on your plumbing needs Water Works Rocks

Waterworks and Ryan to the rescue! Our kitchen faucet needed replaced, so based on previous experience Waterworks was our first choice. I called on Friday and Emily was able to schedule for first thing Monday. Ryan and Colin did the install, and everything was exceptional from start to finish. They were prompt and professional and made sure I was happy with how everything functioned. Highly recommend!

I called Waterworks first thing on a Wednesday morning and they were at my house by 11:30. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the garbage disposal with a more efficient model. He was in and out in an hour (and was friendly to work with too). Very happy with this convenient service. Service: Garbage disposal installation

Honest and hardworking. Much better than the previous plumbing company we hired, who seemed to be more skilled in "up-selling" rather than plumbing. Mike from Waterworks got busy and fixed our problem right away, no fuss. Waterworks will definitely be my first call in the future. Service: Sewer repair

My experience was excellent. Brad made an extra effort to come in the same day as I called as his schedule was busier the day I was scheduled. He called to verify what water heater was needed so that he could have it with him and only needed one stop. He was in and out in under three hours having tested everything and with the old tank loaded into his work vehicle. Excellent and very professional service. Came in, did what I needed to have done quickly and efficiently. I will use them again in the future if needed.

Waterworks came out to my mother's house, and the repair took place 2 days earlier than scheduled! Andy was very courteous and honest. There really wasn't anything wrong with the sump pump, but Andy advised that a minor tweak might help with water spraying out of a smaller than usual pit, and moving the check valve lower would help as well. He had the parts on the truck, and the job was finished in less than 20 minutes! I appreciated the fact that Andy provided my elderly mother with peace of mind.

WW came to my house and the plumber was on the phone talking to customer service about how to repair the hot water tank. WW came back to replace a $400 part. I also had them replace some PVC piping with copper pipe while they were here and was charged $1,100. 36 hrs later I lost hot water again. I called WW to just replace the HWT. They arrived and I asked if I would get the $400 refund for the part installed 36hrs ago, I was told no.

I said they could make $400 or $3000 for a new HWT, said no again (fortunately). I hired a different plumber to install the new HWT. He had to correct some of what the WW plumber did wrong. I saved $800 with the new plumber and everything was done correctly. I asked the new plumber what he would charge for replacing the PVC pipe with the copper that WW did. The new plumber said he would charge $450 for the same copper installation. Plain and simple WW are theves and have no business sense.

Waterworks quoted a water pipe repair job stating it would take a full day and advised that if it took less time there would be no refund. Assuming that they were correct about the time estimate, we agreed and signed the quote. They completed the job in two hours - not eight hours. Two men - one stood and watched the other work. They intentionally attempted to overcharged the repair job.

Their customer service person agreed that the quote was incorrect and agreed to a $500 refund, which they made. Now due to their attempt to overcharge and the refund, we are on their "do not service list." Do not use The Water Works. The company is unscrupulous and dishonest.

In my opinion, Waterworks does terrible terrible work. I have had water coming into my home during heavy rain for the last two years. I finally found out from a neighbor, that Waterworks was the company that did the repair/replacement of the water line a month before i moved in. I tried calling them and they would not give me any information on what was done prior to me living here. I simply wanted to know what was done and if there was a possibility that this could somehow have an easy fix or be remedied. I would never, ever use this company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. In October they came out to install a battery for my Watchdog battery backup for my sump pump. By March the battery backup began beeping incessantly. I added distilled water and the system kept beeping. I knew that the Waterworks technician had run to Home Depot to buy the battery he replaced. So I a) Called Waterworks who said, sorry, you're out of warranty. and b) Called the Watchdog battery backup company who told me that the Waterworks technician installed the wrong battery type and that it would continue to malfunction as a result.

When I asked why the system had worked fine till now, Watchdog said this is typical - but the system will eventually break down. Today Waterworks came back out and told me I was out of luck because they only warranty the parts/work for 90-days. I suppose I should be happy they didn't charge me their $60 fee for visiting my house to tell me I was out of that $300 I paid them to install the wrong battery. I have a lot of plumbing choices. I've used Waterworks for years. NEVER AGAIN.

I had several slow moving drains. I called and they would not give an estimate over the phone. It cost $60 for someone to come and give an estimate. After looking at my drains for a total of 1 minute I was told they were small drains (2 shower/tub and 1 bath sink) and I was given the standard estimate. I am unsure why this could not have been given over the phone.

It was $214 for first drain and $118 for each additional drain. These were not clogged drains. At this point I am stuck with either losing the $60 and spending my time for another plumber or spending $450 for an hour worth their time. Unfortunately I paid $460 and it took them one hour.

I have NO IDEA where this overall minor rating comes from - these people ROCK. I've used them on and off as needed since 2007. I know I'm behind on getting around to this - my fault Waterworks. I'll make it up to you. We needed a new garbage disposal installed. We called last Sunday got an appointment the next day. The intake order on Sunday was efficient, easy and she was so professional and so kind to us. Andre came over on Monday and it took him all of 40 min to install our new disposal.

The service call was an automatic $60 and that gets applied to your quote. People don't work for free so I'll say that now so people can stop belly aching about a fee. It's a BUSINESS. $60 is reasonable to come out an assess. The intake caller on Sunday told me when they call on Monday you have GOT TO PICK UP when they are in route because if they don't get a live answer they cannot make that stop. Great. Expectations set I got it.

Not only was he 15 min (after the call was answered :) ) he was in and out. SO efficient. I loved that. Waterworks is the best. For about 15 years we had neighbors across the street where the guy worked for a competitor plumbing company. LOL. We still used Waterworks not to be mean but once you find what WORK for you, you stick with it. Happily. Love me Waterworks!

My kitchen sink faucet was leaking so I searched online for good reviews. I ended up deciding on The Waterworks and I'm glad I did. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The tech showed up that afternoon in a mask and booties. He did great work and was thorough and knowledgeable. He was very helpful making recommendations for some other work I need done. I'm glad I chose The Waterworks and I would recommend them to anyone.

Used to be top people and reasonable - now a rip off- $60 bucks just to come to your place! then it's up to the techs to charge what ever they want- and they can and will! now one tells you what their rates are per hour! NEVER AGAIN OVER $200 for 20 min work! ILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS RIP OFF! IM FILING A BETTER BUSINESS BUTEAU COMPLAINT TOO!

I have had Waterworks clear drains for me in the past and have been satisfied with their work. This time I need a certified inspector who could inspect and test the backflow valve for my irrigation system. Andre inspected the valve and it didn't pass so I called the company who installed it and they replaced the valve. I called Waterworks and they sent Andre again and it passed.

They did not charge for the first trip since it didn't pass. My experiences with Andre, the technician and the scheduler were both very professional and there was no doubt Andre knew what he was doing. Although I thought the price was a little high, the overall experience was excellent.

We had noticed our underground lines from the downspouts were not draining out to the street. I called another company and they gave me a very expensive quote. I had already called Waterworks and when Dan came out he said he could handle the problem. I got a quote the next day, called the office and set up easy financing and waited for the installation. Dan and Andrew did not know what they got into.

The tree roots were everywhere but they stuck with it. They replaced the lines and got the front of the house working great. Then Dan spotted an issue on the back. Thankfully he did since it connects to the sump and it stormed the next day. Thanks to the entire Waterworks team for a job well done!

The technician came after the basement flooded and hot water tank quit working. He cleaned the ignitor for $250 and left his trash on the porch. High price, trash and a lack of mask during Covid = will not use again

We've been using Waterworks for years. Just had them come out again recently and as usual the service was great! We even asked Adam for an estimate on a couple additional things, and we were able to get that work completed too in the same visit.

After having dealt with this company 3 times for varies random water-related problems can say that they're a.) a little more expensive than the alternatives, b.) staffed with really, really rude customer phone staff, and c.) generally timely. The techs have been nothing but polite and helpful when they've arrived and shout out to them staying on-point for the quote every time.

Both times I've had to call to speak about an upcoming service the customer service rep has been very rude. They sorta start the conversation like I'm going to be antagonistic, which is insane because neither time was to complain, it was just to clarify questions. They can't answer questions about pricing, and they seem to only exist as dispatchers to what I'm going to guess is a team of freelance employees. They're still passable, I just don't know if they would be first to be recommended to a friend.

I was scheduled from 10:00-2:00. The plumber finally came at 4:15. My 75 year old mother waited all day for the service call. Then the plumber offered a new configuration for the pipes under the sink only to not have the parts on his truck. It would have taken another 30 minutes to get the correct part. I the bill for labor was $230. Kind of expensive for such mediocre service.

Day two of the service. Got up early only to wait hours for the plumber to show up. Call the office and the rude people answering the phone have no answers. Total for the plumbing is $700 now.

He kept me informed as to what he was doing. I am happy with the results. $60 service fee but they do have coupons available on their website.

I schedule an emergency hot water tank replacement for a resident. Waterworks never showed up on time or help with my emergency. I scheduled the replacement on 4/16/18 - 4/17/18 at 4:30 p.m. received a phone call that Waterworks could not come to help. I had to start over and call another plumbing company. Poor Service Poor promise to meet time schedule Will not tell me how much approximately the cost to replace the tank. Don't do it. Use someone else.

After a couple of basement floods, and trying some other fixes, we discovered the city program to install a backflow valve. The city sewers are overwhelmed in some neighborhoods, so they are trying to get people to reroute downspouts, etc., and will install a sump pump or valve in certain areas. Waterworks is the contractor. Communication was good. Arranging a time was handled well, though they showed up a day late because they had to finish another job. Worked out better for us anyway.

They came right on time, and while Sweetie and Baby K evacuated I wrangled the pets. The guys were nice, and professional, and only here for a few hours (some situations take longer.) They showed me how the valve works, explained maintenance, etc. Kept their mess to a minimum, worked around our menagerie, overall very pleasant experience (aside from the jackhammer noise.)
