This company is amazing! I couldn't be more pleased with the work we had done. Enrique came out and we told him everything we needed done, he gave us a quote and scheduled our repairs for the next week. While waiting for our appointment we were given the idea of moving our sink in our laundry room from one side of the wall to the other which would fix our sink location issue. Called Enrique to find out if it was possible, gave him the measurements and he said it sounded feasible and got back to me quickly with a quote for the added work. Josh and Eric called to let us know they were on their way and arrived on time. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional!

I had my sink plumbing routed correctly and cleaned out, had my laundry room sink moved, had the outdoor faucets replaced as well as the piping inside and had our bathtub/shower knobs converted to a lever. They worked hard and efficiently, never made us feel like they were rushing to get the work done. They took their time and did it right! Enrique goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right and that we were completely happy! We so appreciate all that you do. Thank you!

I had Craig out today to look at my drain pipes/sewer pipe and talk about options given backup I'm having given I have a 70 year old house with original cast iron. Previous plumber that came out to bid made it sound like all major work needed to be imminently done with huge price tag. Craig was professional, bid significantly lower even on the big stuff for me to keep handy for when needed it and explained the cons/pros on short term work now and long term project later vs just doing big project now. His visit made my day and saved me a ton. Business card is new permanent magnet for fridge. highly recommend.

I placed a call around 9:15 am and same day service 11:20 am. Craig showed up after a call in advance. Very timely. Craig new what needed to be done. Right on it and was very personable as he completed the job. So happy to have quick service on the same day. Thanks Craig, you rock! We had a plumbing failure, leaks. Spartan Plumbing sent out a plumber to fix the current issue. Anthony was great - professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and he found and fixed the emergent problems. Through the process other issues were discovered. So. we had an inspection and as a result will be having our entire Modular Home re-piped. Anthony and Enrique were very thorough; they took pictures to document the facts and took the time to explain the issues.

They provided options and put the ball in my court for decisions on what if anything I wanted done. It was very well done and left me feeling very comfortable with the decisions made. I would highly recommend their service.

The technicians arrived on time, were very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic. They were efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The technicians exceeded my expectations, and I received quality service at a very reasonable price. I recently had my hot water tank go out. I contacted Spartan Plumbing and they quickly sent out a plumber. David Sutton and his coworker did an excellent job replacing my hot water tank in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. The installation and clean up afterward were excellent. Mark Elmore cleared our sewer line of paper and waste blockage and then cleared the area to the street of debris. Mark was extremely efficient and spent some time explaining everything he had done. He was efficient, arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the job was finished. We are extremely happy with Spartan Plumbing Services (having used them in the past as well) and highly recommend their company to others.

We had a broken connection point for our washing machine so we called Spartan Plumbing for repair service. We were pleasantly surprised to hear that Benjamin was available the next day. He arrived on time and handled the assessment and estimate for the work right away. We were lucky that he was able to fix our issue professionally and cleaned the work area when he was finished. I lost water pressure in my bathroom sink, yet had pressure in the bathtub. I called Spartan and Anthony Clark was at my house within 2 hours. Very professional, friendly and he even educated me. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems!

Spartan plumbing knows when they have you in a hopeless situation and they extort this to the maximum. I will not bad about their plumbers, but when their plumbers can't give you an hourly rate because they are not allowed to, I know I'm being fleeced. Having a pipe freeze and break in winter is bad enough. To have the plumber come out and price gouge you because thet know you don't have much of a choice is just plain evil.

Josh was awesome. He arrived when they said he would. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a breakdown of the charges, and then fixed the problem (dead sump pump) in the time and manner he said he would. He was courteous and professional and wore a mask at all times without being asked.

I had a resident that had a clogged sewer line and I called 3 plumbers to come out with no response and Spartan saved the day! Mark was very professional and very knowledgeable. He even sent me a video of what work was done. SPARTAN PLUMBING SERVICES ROCKS!

You can tell a lot about a company by what they do when things go wrong. My water filtration system had a bunch of issues. When things went wrong, Spartan worked hard to make things right. I appreciate companies that stand behind their work!

Craig was wonderful and respectful and came in and gave us a fair estimate and recommendation on the issues we were having. He ended up unclogging our bathtub and it is now draining as it should. We liked the timeliness of the service and the availability we needed. All the staff was respectful and helpful in the process. Plumbing is expensive, so I appreciate being treated with the utmost respect in these situations! Will be using them in the future!

I woke up early this morning to a leaking faucet in our kitchen. There was water everywhere. Spartan sent Josh out quickly. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He stopped the leak and replaced my faucet in time for me to get my daughter to her doctor appointment. I was very pleased with my service and I will continue going to them if I have plumbing needs in the future.

Wow, stellar service! Anthony was especially respectful in our home, asking if he needed to take off his shoes, wearing his mask appropriately & answering all my questions when it came to the leak in our kitchen sink. He was thorough in his inspection & fixed both issues with our sink. We were lucky he also had the part we needed replaced & have not had any issues since.

He called ahead of time & gave a realistic expectation when he would be at our home. I understand that some jobs may take longer than expected so I worked from home that day, but I appreciated being notified when my job was pushed back. Befuddling when drains back up! Craig from Spartan (17 year employee who grew up with Dad in the biz) explained, "A Plumber is not a drain cleaner." Service from Spartan was whiplash fast: Craig was here almost within the hour of initial phone call and got right to work after explaining competitive price package. I liked how he taught me more about this black hole and easily worked everything loose. Safe, fast, courteous-Just flawless.

I had a couple of plumbing issues so I called around. Spartan got back to me quickly, scheduled a tech out the next day and the tech fixed my two issues same day. Yes it was a few hundred bucks, yes that sucked, but the tech was quick, knowledgeable, clean and got it done! I have had others plumbers charge me more for doing less. I'll call Spartan the next time I have a plumbing issue for sure!

Had issues with a leaking toilet in our guest bathroom. Within an hour of contacting Spartan I had someone at the house ready to provide services. Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided quick input on what was needed to solve the problem. I would recommend this company due to their helpfulness and professionalism. Helped me solve my leaking issue and had the contact for the leak damage restoration company needed. Thanks a lot.

My father was in need of a new toilet and we needed it right away. Someone recommended Spartan plumbing services. We called and person came out right away and gave an estimate. About an hour later I called the person back and ask that they bring the toilet and do the repairs. We were told that someone will call and let us know what time they would out on the next day.

No one showed or call. We found another plumber that fixed our problem a few days later. Today, (a week later) the person who was supposed to call last week asking if we still needed the service I told her that she never called. This lady said thank you I will update our records. No apology or anything. DO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. My father is in hospice and there was no regard for their unprofessionalism.

Excellent plumbing work. Horrible new pricing structure for simple plumbing needs. We've used Spartan services for over 30 years back (Marv was there). Always fair pricing, great work, etc. Today we had Spartan arrive to have a toilet reset as my elderly mom who just had her floors replaced. Newer toilet, simple job and the quote/bill was over 340.00 with tax! Was there for 20 mins (900.00 hr?) The plumber gave a 5% discount but honestly we felt taken advantage of. We understand "per job pricing" but this is out of hand. We'll sadly have to find a different plumbing company for simple plumbing work going forward.

I would call here first if i were you! We had a water main break in the yard. We thought it was under a concrete slab. Enrique walked us through everything that needed to happen. Him and David came out and took care of everything quickly. And I do need to give Paula, who answers the phone, a shout out too! Everyone we dealt with was wonderful, very friendly, and professional. Ohhh and David told me to say that Enrique just stood around and watched! ( There ya go David) BUT truth be told they BOTH worked hard. On a 80 degree day. Showed us the broken pipe and everything. Thank you guys for putting my mind at ease and taking care of this!

Two man crew that were available same-day for an emergency leak. While no appointment was made, Spartan showed up within the projected timeframe that was given and were able to diagnose and repair our issue quickly. Once the water was back on, they took care to check our other faucets for potential problems that could have arose from the time period in which the water had been off. An extra step in my opinion and one that speaks to their work ethic. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this company.

As a last note, over ten other plumbing companies were contacted to resolve this issue. Out of the two that were able to 'schedule' us in today, one forgot what the problem was and the other has yet to contact us with an arrival time. Do yourself a favor and just call Spartan.

Loved that they texted me a few hours before showing up. The typical appointment wait window is two-four hours. I guess that is typical. I knew I had to purchase a new garbage disposal so when they told me it is needed there is no surprise there. I grabbed the disposer I bought from homedepot and they were able to complete the installation in 30 min.

Spartan Plumbing services is a great company to do business with. Yesterday on Memorial Day we had an emergency due to a massive clog in our main plumbing line. Our landlord called Spartan Plumbing Services and within 1 hour Mark came to our home and started working the issue. Turned out there was more work to be done so he had to come out the next day.

Mark showed up before our scheduled appointment and started doing his thing. I have never seen anyone work as hard as Mike, and his attention to detail was excellent. Not only did he provide great customer service, but he also gave us some great tips to prevent any more clogs in the future. I would highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs!

Spartan was the 2nd of 3 bids I got and they were $1000 below the first bid I received. After Eric gave me his bid, I told him that I had one more bid to get and that I'd let him know. He thanked me and was very professional, courteous and friendly, as a result, I hired him on the spot, not even waiting for a third bid. He was able to finish the installation project in a timely manner and everything works great!

We didn't hire a plumber -- but Spartan plumbing -- as far as being fast and communicative was fantastic. When we get to the point of needing a plumber again -- we will call Spartan. Fast, honest quote.

I finally found a honest knowledgeable plumbing company! Don't waste time CALL SPARTAN PLUMBING. Not only was he here during the appointed window of time but he was 20 minutes EARLY! And Eric Haworth technician is a big asset. He is the best PR man for Spartan because he is honest and knowledgeable. Not only did he resolve my water hammering issue, but he evaluated by plumbing and water heater and gave advise regarding the future of the heater.

I had been worrying about plumbing damage and tearing out walls to find the problem etc. I had one other plumber on site who could not find the problem and did not offer any ideas. Eric was so different. Through the process of elimination we found a remedy. NO MORE WATER HAMMERING when i use the washing machine. My faith in HONEST reliable professionals is re established.

I have had other local plumbers in my home for various issues but was never totally satisfied. Spartan Plumbing will be the only company I call from now on. I am planning a kitchen renovation soon and they will be the vendor i call. I am NOT a relative or friend just writing this review to make Spartan look good. They do that all by themselves with the years of experience and readily available knowledge!

Contacted thru YELP late Thursday, got a reply 2 hours later from SPARTAN asking for information and promising a Friday AM appointment. Contact call at 0800 Friday promising 1000-1200 service. Service [clogged kitchen drain (grease)] cleared by Craig Dr Vivo [long time SPARTAN employee] quickly, cleanly and professionally ~~ SPARTAN will be our GO-TO plumber in the future.!

Spartan provided a competitive bid on a complete replumbing of my basement bathroom and washer. As a single woman and house owner, I went with them because I appreciated how Jeff explained the approach they'd take to upgrade my old and poorly designed layout -- I felt I could trust their guidance about the best way to reconfigure the plumbing -- something I'd never dealt with before and was anxious about because it will be set in concrete.

They added an exterior pipe to connect to the sewer line which was also getting updated so they squeezed me in to be on site at the same time, which I also appreciated! The work was done quickly, efficiently and with communication every step of the way. The work comes with a one year warranty. I highly recommend Spartan and will use them again when I need future plumbing help!

Thanks for not putting on the trim guys I went ahead and took care of that for you just wondering if you're gonna pay me for that probably not because I'm the tenant right that was your last bullshit excuse that I was the tenant and that was your reason for leaving me without a shower for four days. Appreciate it.
