Nothing but nepotism, apathy and low morale in general at this place. Always, send a quality assurance employee to this shop if you are having anything remotely challenging to build (heat exchangers, exotic material). If it is something like an oil filter or paint tank (i.e. easy) don't worry, they can fabricate simple welds. Do not trust these people, they will always try to hide mistakes, fight you over them and cut corners.
