I recently purchased my first home over the summer, and I finally moved in a couple of weeks ago. That said, there were some things taken care of during closing that resurfaced (so i thought!), and I was able to confirm that Marshall Plumbing had done some plumbing work prior to my purchase. With the invoice in hand, I gave Marshall Plumbing a call to see if they would be able to come out and take a look at things to make sure all was in proper order.

They were friendly with me over the phone and assured me that they'd have someone come out asap. I wasn't sure if the actual technician who performed the previous work would be the one to make it out (Trent), but it turns out that he did (and sooner than planned which was even better since he was in the area). Even though a couple of months had passed by since the original work was done, Trent remembered specifically what was worked on and went through everything he did with me.

He listened to my concerns and ended up pointing out what the issue was (thankfully nothing to be concerned about!). Trent even looked at a couple of other areas of concern for me and gave me advice on what to look for and do should I have concerns in the future. He was friendly, honest and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Marshall Plumbing.and Trent is great!

I had a "drowned water heater". Our HVAC humidifier line got backed up and filled the water heater overflow pan. Since its gas and I had no experience with it, I called and spoke to Mike. I explained the situation and sent him pictures of the unit. He called the manufacturer to get more detail since this was an unusual situation. He called me back and went over the steps I needed to take to get the heater up and going and see if they could make it to my house after the job they were on in case I couldn't do it. Longer story short, I was able to remove the water and get the unit running again! I would highly recommend Marshall and will use them myself for any other plumbing needs! Marshall Plumbing came out on the same day that I called to divert a potential disaster. The main water service line was leaking where it came through the foundation wall in the basement. If the pipe had burst, our basement would have flooded with full street pressure and no quick way to turn off the water. Mike got there on a Friday afternoon and worked until complete in a very professional manner.

He had to dig down about 3-feet to make the repair. There was a huge rock about the size of a Mack truck tire on top of the pipe that Mike had to pull out without any help. I wished that I could have gotten home from work a little sooner to lend some assistance. My experience with Marshall was excellent and I would definitely recommend their services. Mike gave me a quote over the phone, sight unseen.

He offered to reduce the cost, but it was worth paying the quoted price to save us from this looming disaster situation. Thanks so much Mike for your quality work and responsiveness!

Excellent service! We thought we had a major pipe leak from the master tub upstairs, but Trent came out quickly and determined that the problem was just from water the kids had dumped out of the tub. He was very thorough and professional and even waived the fee. I will definitely call them again!
