I had a wonderful experience working with David as my plumber. He and his coworker were both professional and kept me up to date with everything that was going on with their findings while they investigated the issues I was having. My home is an older home with unique challenges, while it goes through renovations and they were just as professional and did the job right.

Contacted Universal due to a leak in my tub/shower. From setting up the appointment with Shalanda to getting the repairs done by James, the service I received was top notch. I especially like that James surveyed the extent of the job to be performed and was able to tell me the price upfront. He was very professional, patient with addressing the numerous questions I had, did a quality job and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. I would not hesitate to use this company again!

This is my second time in 10 years that I use the professional services of this company. In both occasions they have been major repairs and with the same reasonable prices, professional quality, infallible job performance, and lasting repairs. The professional plumbing team assigned to my work order and led by Mike, was punctual in the promised day and time of the job, completed the repairs from start to finish with the utmost care of the places surrounding the work areas in my house, demonstrated excellent job skills, left all the worked areas cleaned up, and finished the project in a regular work day.

I had my shower/tub faucet replaced, because I wanted something new. Also, I was having an issue regarding my water not getting hot only warm in my shower/tub. It was weird because I was able to get very hot water everywhere else. Well, Mr. Nick from Universal Plumbing only took 5 minutes to figure out my issue, and he replaced my shower/ tub faucet in under a hour. He was on time, left no mess, and their price was reasonable.
