I did not know what Company to call to come check out a water leak but came across this Company. They called when they were on their way to come give me a FREE estimate. Turned out I DID NOT have a leak and cost me nothing. I love their honesty. I will definitely use them in the future should they need arise

I have used the Butler on many occasions from sump pump back up devices to general plumbing needs. I even had them clean up after water filtration into one of our homes. They quoted 125/hr and got charged 140/hr. He said he would fix it and he did - but raised the rest of the costs so instead of saving me the 45$ for the hourly difference he only reduced it $6. When I called to ask about it- I was given a long song and dance speech about how what he did was industry standard. The parts that I found on line for around $30- he charged me $72. would not work with them again. People who alter bills and are dishonest do not have a place in this industry.

Wow! Adam is one of the most considerate and professional certified mold specialists I have had the pleasure of working with. I emailed with a concern for mold under my kitchen sink in a new rental I had just moved into. He immediately emailed me back and called to set up a time to quickly come look at the possible mold. He showed up and was quick to diagnose the mold and ensure to take detailed photos.
After easing my mind and confirming my concerns, I asked if he would bill me for the visit. Since Adam was in the area, he let the visit be free. I appreciate his business and appreciate his concern for my personal safety. Thank you!
