We recently had a clogged and broken house drain pipe which ran under our driveway. Keith's House of Plumbing was responsive, professional and timely during the repair. Critical: Value I have used Keiths for years. But no more. To clear a washer drain, simple job for a snake, probably half an hour at most, they charged me $190. And worst part of it all is they never hinted at the outrageous charge, more than double what I expected. I will look for another plumber in the future - and ask for an estimate. John was stupendous and was the lead on the job. Knowledgeable and very talented plumber. Had to think and perform on the fly replacing a 22-yr still operational water heater, that I was uncomfortable leaving in place for much longer. He even allowed me time to clean out the inside of the closet where the water heater goes before he installed the new stuff.

We shared equally previously with what he told me to buy for the install, and I had it ready for him. It took two men to move the old water heater out and the new water heater in. Then he had to adjust the height of the vent pipe and install an expansion tank as well IAW modern-day code enforcement. Fabulous job. I have had multiple experiences with this company since 1995, and they have always performed magnificently. Five stars all around. HLB3

Critical: Responsiveness I called for an estimate and was given an appointment 3 weeks out. I waited patiently. I was called about my 2-4 appointment at 3 o'clock. I explained that I could be onsite in 15 minutes. I was told that their plumbers don't have time to sit around wait. It must me nice to be so busy that you don't have time for customers.

I thought they did a great job on 2 separate jobs all the way through from scheduling, to the work and timely appointment, and billing followup. I had an appointment with another company thru a home mainence referral, who ended up not showing up at all. Glad I went with Keith's who ended up being reliable and getting everything done right.

I had planned to just replace a wax ring, but quickly realized after removing the toilet, the flange was cracked and also needed replacing, in which I did not have the hardware, nor knowledge to do so. Keith's Plumbing was the 5th company I called (just went down the list on Google) and the only one who was able to send somebody out same day (within 2 hours!).

I could not be more PLEASED with the service! The office staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The young man who came out, Caleb, was not only professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, but personable as well (even made friends with my dog!). He was very thorough and paid close attention to detail. Their prices are fair and extremely reasonable.

My sprayer hose at my kitchen sink sprung a leak today, Saturday, & I called Keiths.they responded with a tech within 30 mins.sprayer couldn't be fixed.needed a whole new faucet.since they were booked up for the next few weeks the tech went to lunch, I went to lowes & got a new faucet & he came back & put it in for me. His name was John & he was very polite and helpful. They have helped in the past installing a new water heater for me.they do excellent work at a fair price.

I just moved back to Beaufort and have been rotating my home. Ricky has been to the house twice now and I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism! Not only does he do an outstanding job installing things, but his attention to detail when it comes to cleanup is really appreciated. Both times he took all the trash, a toilet and a sink with him so I did not have to worry about anything.

The installation was great and because he cleaned up the area so well after his work it really was striking when I walked into the bathroom. I have had Whitmore do work once and they were significantly more expensive, so kudos to Keith's for being both reasonably priced and excellent at their craft!

Keith's House of Plumbing was willing to go the extra mile and make sure they could do our job for us in one trip, saving us a lot on travel costs, since we don't live in Beaufort. Their office staff were very good at staying in contact and giving updates. Strongly recommend you consider using them for your next plumbing job, reasonable prices, and very professional service.

Neither of our toilets worked over the weekend and showers were backing up. After waiting hours and no response from our insurance recommendations. I contacted Keith's plumbing who called us back less than 5 minutes of leaving a message and had someone out in no time. He did quality work and worked with septic tank man until everything was working properly. We will only use this company in the future. Outstanding customer service and quality of work!

They have consistently cared for my parents plumbing problems. This company has wonderful quality control, they call you back and come when they say they will. The guys came here within two hours and removed and replaced a hot water heater they were amazing. Very respectful.

Needed a new water heater and other plumbing repairs on Fripp. Called Grayco and guy recommended Keith's. Very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job. Took care of multiple issues in one visit. Would highly recommend. When vacationing on Fripp it's hard to know who to call.

I was in a bind and needed a new hot water heater. Keith's House of Plumbing was able to get someone out extremely fast, on a Sunday. Wayne was prompt, and extremely professional. It was a great experience, I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I have used Keith's twice. The plumbers are prompt and professional; however, no one tells you that you have to pay travel time. I called and asked for a price, and I was told $82.00 an hour. They were here for one hour and 50 minutes, but charged me for 2.75 hours. When I questioned it, I was told that I had to pay travel time, both before and after the appointment! I will not be using them again.
