PSC is installing nearly 20 miles of a large diameter pipeline including associated infrastructure. Persons Services Corp (PSC) has a long history in the disaster response, recovery, reconstruction and mitigation industry dating back to 1984. Beginning in the mid 80's PSC performed rapid response services for environmental remediation of fuel and oil recovery tanks along the Gulf Coast. Soon after, PSC provided various emergency and remediations services for Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) while simultaneously being subcontracted in emergency response and recovery services for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) (Department of Homeland Security) for stations along the eastern seaboard in the 2000's.

August 2nd, we contacted you to have someone come to my home and have a water heater installed. I am writing to not only give you my thanks for your assistance in this matter, but also to commend the work of the technicians (Raimond and his apprentice) you sent to me. They were not only prompt and courteous, but very knowledgeable and efficient, answering any questions I had in an engaging, meaningful manner. Originally, they were supposed to come out today (August 3rd) for the job, but they made great effort to get us up and running again on August 2nd, which made a huge difference for me and my family.

We had a gas line run as well as looking at our hot water heater. Although I had some issues, Rob was understanding and rectified the issues very quickly. It's not too common now days to have a company so dedicated to customer service and satisfaction! Because of their honesty, I will use them again and recommend them in the future. Thank you!

Made a service call today based upon an incident in my kitchen drain pipes the night before. Call to their offices was very comforting and professional. Office contact made everything clear in the beginning and up front on pricing. Technician that showed up, Joe C., was very good and courteous. I will use them again should we have any problems in the future.

REVIEW - SLAB LEAK REPAIR Very difficult repair job well done. My job was repair of a " copper hot water line break under house slab. Leak location was not well defined due to a wood laminate flooring over concrete slab. Hot water tank was working hard to keep up with a 3 gpm leak based on street water meter flow readings. The job started at noon just after Christmas with Riley & Ray and was completed the next day with Riley & Jason in a total work time of 7 hours! An internet search listed repairs for this job at $1700 and required 3 days. Persons low cost and quick fix resulted from a quick decision to route a new " line below the ceiling and cap the old line.
The new line will be enclosed with a decorative bulk head by myself later. Very professional service group. I am very proud to rate Persons with 5 stars. I will hire them again.

Chris and Ben were extremely pleasant, friendly, and funny. Our grinder was blocked and they pumped and cleaned it out for us. I've used every plumbing service out there and Persons was the only company to get the job done fast and with friendly service. They are the BEST in town. I highly recommend them.
