Unprofessional and shady. I agree with Chris B's review. With my vacation home almost 4 hours away from me, I need someone in whom I can trust. Don Morin Assoc left my house in a mess. There was insulation wads and broken pieces of the "drop" ceiling littering the floor. I called twice to have them return but they never did. Consequently mold developed on the rug and parts of the drop ceiling.

Unless you have a "big ticket job" that needs to be done, don't waste your time calling this company. Used them to replace a water heater a couple of years ago and had a relatively quick response time. Other than that, any minor repairs such as dripping faucets and the such look elsewhere. I contacted them 3 times in a 2 month time span to replace a seeping shower valve - to this day I'm waiting for them to contact me with an appointment time.

When I last contacted them I was told that a recent cold snap has his people out fixing frozen pipes. That was nearly a month ago. It appears their is big money in fixing frozen pipes.

Unprofessional, shady, 1 week late on completion, they don't return calls and they don't do an invoice. They just take your money, do the job late, and run. $2000 deposit on what should have been a $1000 job. Then when I called for final invoice. Nothing, and nothing since. it's been 4 weeks. RIP OFF. Researching NH consumer protection laws and licensing as we speak. It's a disgrace to have this business being allowed to do business representing the city they are in.

We don't need shady businesses like this one around. But they don't need individual work as they do big jobs, but why we (as a community) allow this type of shadyness in our community is beyond me.
