Woke up to a puddle on a Sunday morning, called Tony, he came out did a temporary fix returned Monday for permanent repair, he didn't pick up phone when I called but I got an immediate text response to which Tony asked for a picture, so easy, I had called 3 others with no response at all. Called Tony as my water heater burst. He came over said he was waiting for a response from a heater he just quoted, lucky for me, he was able to take care of me as he called previous person twice while at my home got no response. He quoted me and was able to take care of me. While he was there during quote he shut my leaking heater off and drained it to stop the flooding.

This he did regardless of me accepting his quote ( had to call hubby discuss quote)to stop anymore damage. We did accept his quote and he took great care of us. He went above and beyond, highly recommend.

Tony agreed to replace my hot water heater and then reniged saying he had a bigger job tomorrow. I didn't fault him the bigger job until he posted some bad reviews threatening me to notify his brothers in trade. I'm a 73 y.o. handicapped women who needs a new hotwater heater. Help me out please. t needs her hot water heater replaced.

We asked Tony for a quote and made an appointment a week out since we were having trouble finding someone. When someone else got back to us with a better price and faster turn around time we unfortunately had to cancel. Tony was very rude when we cancelled the appointment. We cancelled within 24 hours of making it, and it was over a week before our appointment.

I understand being frustrated at losing a customer, but there is no need to be rude. We appreciate the time he took consulting with us, but his rudeness in his texts was totally uncalled for. **Edit to respond to owner** My wife was the one who contacted him not myself. I am reviewing the correct company. Still do not recommend as he was extremely rude to my wife in his text responses.

This is my second time hiring Tony Coppola Plumbing and Heating. He is very professional and returns calls within a few minutes. He explains everything he is gong to do. The first time he fixed an outdoor faucet. Today he replaced my shower faucet. He had to cut through the wall to replace it. It looks great and works so good, never knew I had so much water pressure.

He guarantees his work and parts. He cleans up everything and disposes of any old parts. I will have him back in the fall to replace the second shower faucets. If you are looking for a professional, experienced, reasonably priced plumber, you must call Tony Coppola.

During the last severe cold weather, I experienced heating problems in a home I recently purchased. I called Tony on a weekend and he offered quick response to come out and take a look. He assessed and trouble shot the problem immediately. He made some minor adjustments to settings and gave advice on how to get better performance. He quoted on some minor plumbing repairs to the hot water heater and install new thermostats.
