Luis ran a long snake pipe and discovered the cause of leakage underneath tiled flooring was grease build up x 32 years because it has never been jet set blown over the years never ever. He was able to remove the grease build up. This company knows what they were doing, highly recommended from now on this is the only company i will be dealing with. Juanita

Matthew did an awesome job replacing the angle stop and pipe to the bathroom faucet. We have had good and fair service to date. However the price quoted to replace the hot water valve stem was not fair

Alex had been out just a few days ago to install a hot water heater in another part of our church building. Today one of our ladies noticed that we had a slow running drain in the kitchen area and it was not only slow to drain, it was clogging up. After various attempts to clear the drain we called B&C and Alex cut his lunch time short in order to come clear our situation.

We are hosting a family tomorrow after the funeral of one of our church members and needed to be able to use that kitchen. Alex arrived promptly, worked quickly, restored the sinks to full service. Then cleaned up more than he messed up! All that within an hour's time. Could not be more pleased. Only time will reveal the quality of work and I haven't seen the bill so I don't know about the monetary value but the value of having a company put themselves out to get us up and running again is priceless.

The plumber replaced both my washer connectors quickly and efficiently for more than $100 less than I was quoted by another company. He had the parts he needed on his truck and was friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff was very helpful also. My aunt, who is a very loyal Baird & Crockett customer, insisted I try them, and I'm glad I did!

These guys are the best. I have used them for over 20 years. They have replaced faucets and fixtures, replaced toilets, repaired garbage disposals, unclogged drains, and even replumbed the entire house. They are personable, knowledgeable, honest and forthcoming, and always show up on time. They use only top-quality materials, do a neat job, and never leave a mess.

Only purchased products from this company. When phone line was inadvertently answered, the negative smack Jeff Biard (one of the OWNERS!) was saying about his own customers was HORRIBLE! - doesn't want to take a call from them as they'll ask too many questions, how overweight someone was, people's marital status, etc. Truly shocking & unprofessional!

With such a lack of class & character displayed by one of the owners, they don't deserve your business. The shop is hard to get in to and they can take days to get back to you. There are plenty of other places that are great to work with.

We have done business with Baird and Crockett for many years for a variety of services. They have always been trustworthy and very competent. Recently service person Matt unclogged our kitchen drain quickly and efficiently with the usual B&C courtesy and nice manner. Was fortunate to have Eric as my plumbing expert. He arrived on time and was able to fix the leak I had in a timely. Additional took time to fill the soap dispenser at my kitchen sink. He could easily have sold me a new one and I appreciate his honesty. Will be replacing the faucet in one of the bathrooms and am having B&C do the work.

In February 2020 I purchased a hot water dispenser from Biard and Crockett not realizing it had been manufactured in June 2010. It is not working after installation. Jeff is not willing to take responsibility for selling an old product.
