Maitland Winter Park Plumbing

Had a vehicle crash into my house and rupture two water supply lines outside the home. One beneath the yard and another against an exterior wall. Called MWP Plumbing at 6am and spoke with someone who informed me the office would call when they opened at 8am. At maybe, 7:01am I received a call from someone explaining the office wasn't open yet, but when it was, they would give me a call about availability.

They asked for more info and that I should hear from someone by 8:15 regarding availability. At 8:14 they called back and had someone out to my property by noon. Technician Christian was super thorough, nice, polite, and professional. He originally thought we needed to bust open the wall, but was able to make the repairs without doing so. They did not upsell me on more work. Repairs look better than what was there originally. Technician fixed the leaks but still saw my meter was running.

He then found a running toilet in the house and fixed that. This was the first time I needed services like this. Seemed a little pricey but for the quality of service, I am not complaining. I also wouldn't know any better. Technician had to dig up a few feet of dirt in 90 degree weather and I didn't have to so again, I'm not complaining. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a simple clog Thay had to get on the roof and snake it, very professional honest and fair price. I had a company earlier that day come & give me a quote more than double the price that Maitland Winter Park plumbing. Plus the other company was very very persistent about their $75 service call even though they wanted almost $700 to snake the roof, so I had to give him $75 for the service call so it was a refreshing Experience after the experience I had with the previous company

Maitland Winter Park Plumbing repair is incredible. They were very accommodating, timely and transparent in what they were doing and the cost behind it. I called this company because they were "local". I was pleasantly surprised when my call was answered by real person that was able to help schedule me for service in the first few minuets of the call. On the day of my service, I got a text introducing the tech, Christian, and I was updated that he was on his way just as receptionist said I would. Christian arrived promptly. He was courteous, careful and quick. I'm grateful this company made it so easy for me.

Dylan is always professional and looks at the job and seems to determine how to go at it. He takes his time and evaluates everything that he's doing is how I see it. Called when I had no hot water. Got serviced same day within a couple hours. Needed new water heater after a fix was tried on old one. Christian was very polite, answered all my questions even though he was here working well after quitting time. As for clean up, he left everything spotless. Great job! Will use again if I have a plumbing issue.

We've used this business several times and Tobias has been the one that came to our home for repairs and/or installs. He is very professional, always prompt and does a great job! I would highly recommend both company and Tobias to all.

We tried cheaper plumbers & received inferior service. We have returned to Maitland Plumbing because we have no residual problems after their service plus they are clean and thorough. Working with Christian is a joy. Very knowledgeable and polite. He even tried to talk us out of a valve replacement Lowe's told us we needed. Christian said our existing valve was just fine but we told him to proceed with the replacement since we wanted the dishwasher installed after waiting 3 months for Lowe's. to get the appliance. We were grateful for Christian's candor.

This company fixed my leaking toilet less than a year ago. Toilet started leaking again. Under the terms and conditions they sent me it states: "Company warrants all work to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period of up to one (1) year from completion unless otherwise stated in writing on the face hereof." I called them and expressed to them the situation. The manager of the business refused to honor their warranty policy. I would recommend going with another company.

I work on several properties as a manager. Finding any contractor that is reliable, decently priced, flexible and prompt is a near impossibility. Maitland Winter Park Plumbing is the only company that I call for any plumbing issue. Today, for example, we had three calls on three different properties. All of the issues were handled quickly and effectively. More than just being the only plumbers, I call they are also the only plumbing company I would recommend.

I moved to an older house and needed a detailed inspection, was recommended by a neighbor and their service was very impressive. It was a nice surprise to see the professionalism and organization of Maitland plumbing, from the staff at their physical store, to the dispatcher Ms. Glenda's professionalism, down to the knowledge of their technician Christian. They are very efficient, to the point and gave me honest advice on what to worry about versus what to delay.
